Hotel is at the entrance to Universal, you can also buy tickets to the park at the hotel lobby. Great hotel for families. Probably the best location after having a long day at universal park you can come back to the hotel within minutes from leaving the park gate.

The hotel room is spacious and the location is convenient. I especially like the given products in the washroom, like face wash and overnight milk. It would be great if bottles of water were supplied as gifts in the room.

Ideal for USJ visitors! USJ just downstairs!!! And the room is bigger than expected. How minutes walk to USJ? I guess it is less than 1 min 😝

We just stayed 1 night at Park Front hotel. We got a big room with anamazing view. At first,we felt like the airconditioning was not cold enough but after some time, it turned out to be okay. Great location!! Beside is train station and USJ.

Location is great for visiting USJ , close to train and bus depots. Clean. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast but that's not a deal breaker, you can always grab a bite from Lawsons. No concierge service to help with luggage to and from your room. You must do it yourself. Staff were friendly and helped answer our queries.

It’s the best location ever! We spent two nights there since we bought 1.5 days’ tickets of USJ. The hotel is exactly located at the front of USJ, it’s very convenient for us to queue in the early morning and rest immediately when we left USJ at 10pm! We don’t have to worry about the time and the transportation! Although we left USJ late, we can still get some snacks and drinks in the convenient stores nearby! It’s happy to stay at this hotel!

Front door to USJ. But this was not the only choice. Breakfast was very nice, with special menu like French toast, hamburger etc. Hotel with no cake shop, if needed to celebrate birthday, you will need to find the cake shop in nearby hotel. Decorations of hotel got many universal studio elements. Highly recommended to go to Citywalk behind hotel, there were many restaurants which we tried 4 and all were good.

It’s really good location to USJ and station. Just a little bit feel disappointed…. toothbrush looks like someone gripped tightly. Of course still can use but I felt like a 2 stars hotel.

Very poor facilities hotel given with the top tier price range, internet wifi was extremely slow, nothing to do in the hotel. We stayed for two nights and was a mistake.

Comfortable bed. Large bathroom and bathtub. A lot of amazing free amenities.

Close to USJ. Worth to stay for 2 nights if play in USJ. Great breakfast. Convenient stores available nearby.
