Really a great place to stay. Very cheap, about 2 minutes walk from exit 9 of the Dobutsuen Mae station, there's a Lawson across the road for food. Nothing provided with room, just a bed so it's basic but for the price that is fine. I stayed an extra 3 nights over what I had booked. Would recommend and would stay there again if back in Osaka

The hotels court match the prize and also the reception attitude is not bad, If you are coming alone and want to save money from the hotel is recommended but to be honest, the price is still a little bit too high to the quality.

The place is a little bit far from the train station, the room is clean but the smell of the cigarette is really bothering. I hope they can get rid of the smell.

Location is good, easy to reach.
The staff itself is friendly and everything is clean and well maintained.
Overall for one or two nights a very good and price friendly option .

This hotel is off the main drag but near a really good Lawsons. The futon is very comfortable and the room is spacious. The lobby is lacking, so you basically need to stay in your room. The decor needs an update as well. And the check out is way too early (9am).
I’m glad I only stayed for one night. It’s not a bad hotel but it’s not great either. The value was equal to what I paid.
