The hotel front desk receptionists are very helpful and do their best to answer our queries. The breakfast is mostly Japanese style, which is suitable for Asian Chinese. The location is quiet but convenient as it is pretty close to the railway station.

I used it on a day when I would be working late.
Because I checked in late, I couldn't use the large public bath or the lounge, but there was an ice machine in the lounge (restaurant), so people were there to get ice even late at night.
Perhaps because my room was in front of the elevator, I could hear people talking clearly and woke up.
The breakfast was Osaka-style, with takoyaki and kushikatsu, which was enjoyable.
However, since the restaurant is near the entrance, depending on where you sit, you can get a cold breeze when the door opens.

Breakfast was delicious! The big bath is a bit small, but the room is large. It's a little far away from the shopping area of Shinsaibashi. If you want to go shopping, you can take the subway to Honmachi Station.
