Great location very near the subway and shopping. In the past they had a great breakfast buffet so we were disappointed to find they no longer have it.

Its a no frills hotel, housekeeping is done only every 3rd day. Great location in the Namba area, lots of restaurants and malls nearby.

Minutes from Namba station. Minutes from Dotonbori, minutes from kuromon. Family mart is only 30 second walk.

This is my second time after pandemic. But I must say, it is not what it used to be. The location is superb. It’s just a stone’s throw away from Namba Station and more or less 500m away from Dotonbori Glico sign. The amenities is okay. No more free water. And the coffee, tea and toiletries were reduced into generic ones. The door locks need replacement. They can’t read the card. The bed is hard and the pillows need replacement as well. The services, I am not quite impressed. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are polite and prompt. But they eliminated the luggage deposit after check out. So, if you plan to still shop, you will need to bring all those big luggages. Second, the hotel closes by 12mn. You need your keycard to enter. Third, the schedule of the hot spring is now only in the evening. Lastly, only few staff are there. Manage your expectations.

Walk upstairs . Walk 10 feet and turn right into the mall. Pass FamilyMart and turn right into the small alley. Hotel is located mid alley. Fast check in Super fast WiFi Rooms was perfect for solo traveler. Two travelers will be a challenge. Enough room for one small carry-on luggage. Large luggage will be a challenge, but doable. Shower/tub Fills Will hot spring water . Shower water pressure is one of the best in my travels. Soaking in the tub after a 15 mile trek, was heavenly. Toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo and liquid bath soap in the shower. Not much room to put your items, but can place on the desk. Bath towels and yukata provided and exchanged every other day. Hotel is very quiet , given its central location. Instructions: Hot bath ONSEN for men is located on the 10th floor . Open from 6pm-11pm. Wear your Yukata and slippers provided in your room . Bring your key card and small towel Press 10th floor. Enter ONSEN and place your slippers by the door. Slide open the door and place your clothes and items in the basket. Slide open the door to the shower/pool area. Take a shower using their provided shampoo and gel. Now you can enter the pool and sauna area. Large hot pool (fits 10) and a dry sauna (fits 5) . Enjoy 2-10 minute walk to the below locations: Tons of food, bars , entertainment, shopping , JR and all other trains , cafes, breakfast , dontoburi canal , etc etc Excellent stay . The location is convenient, close to attractions and the subway, and the hot springs are great.

Location, cleanliness, and service are all satisfactory Bathhouse can be used in the evening (matcha water), which is good as there are not many users. It's a bit of an alley, but it's not dangerous at all. It's a bit old and narrow, but considering the cost-effectiveness, it's good. I intend to visit again.

It's located in a shopping district, so you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to eat. It's also easily accessible from the station. In the morning, the front desk was flooded, probably due to a water leak from the floor above.

今次旅程由於女兒突然發燒，幸好櫃檯能說廣東話的服務員幫我找附近的診所，又介紹一些兒童藥給我，讓這個旅程安心許多，另外地點真是超方便，唔洗坐車都可shopping 🩷房間算大，竟然有浴缸！值得一讚！

I was upgraded from the room I booked, but even taking that into account, it was clean enough and the facilities were conveniently provided in English and Korean. The best value-for-money hotel in Dotonbori.

The location is very good. The staff are kind and polite. The room was clean and nice. I wasn't able to take a bath this time, so I'd like to use it next time.
