This is my second time after pandemic. But I must say, it is not what it used to be.
The location is superb. It’s just a stone’s throw away from Namba Station and more or less 500m away from Dotonbori Glico sign.
The amenities is okay. No more free water. And the coffee, tea and toiletries were reduced into generic ones. The door locks need replacement. They can’t read the card. The bed is hard and the pillows need replacement as well.
The services, I am not quite impressed. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are polite and prompt. But they eliminated the luggage deposit after check out. So, if you plan to still shop, you will need to bring all those big luggages. Second, the hotel closes by 12mn. You need your keycard to enter. Third, the schedule of the hot spring is now only in the evening. Lastly, only few staff are there.
