Richmond Hotel Namba Daikokucho Reviews

Really enjoyed the Richmond hotel in Osaka. Will definitely recommend for people who are heading over Lobby was huge and clean which was really great!

Very helpful staff, nice and spacious, clean and tidy room. Walking distance to mall and other supermarkets makes it more convenient

It is the first time I stay at a Richmond hotel and I am impressed by the comfort and service. Nothing complicated, the registration was efficient and swift. Room of good size for Japan. Location is near subway station and major train station for the KIX airport and Kyoto etc. Amenities not in room but plenty for guests to collect responsibly in the lobby. The property may only be a 3-star one but the services and its maintenance upgrade it tobacco 4-star hotel.

Nice hotel in a neighbourhood. Near to subway station. Clean hotel room.

A big room for a solo traveler!

Room was slightly smaller than expected but overall still clean. Amenities can be collected at the dedicated shelf infront of the front desk as it is not provided in the room. Staff can converse in English quite OK and was ready to provide answers to our queries.

It's close to Daikokucho Station! It's convenient to eat around! It's not far from Namba Park! The room is pretty good in Japan! The hotel is clean! Unlimited drinks and coffee on the first floor! I've stayed at Richmond in Yokohama before! Recommended

Second stay, the hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, moderate hot water for bathing, warm and thoughtful front desk staff, smooth network, convenience stores and restaurants nearby, very convenient.

The room is pretty good. The toiletries and breakfast are very good. It's also tidy. The bed is very comfortable. The location is a little far from the station. It's very convenient and acceptable. The food is delicious.

The room is spacious and clean, convenient to travel, delicious food, excellent service from the staff.
