Very beautiful hotel and nice service I always rest here every time that come to Osaka.

Clean and recommended. Locating in city center.

We were affected by the recent Typhoon Lan which hit Osaka and we were not able to make it to the first night of our accommodation (all Shinkansen trains and flights were cancelled). Unfortunately despite our pleas and given the circumstances, the Crowne Plaza reservations Team were unwilling to provide any form of refund for that first night. Simply replying ‘it doesn’t matter, the price is non refundable’. I will be sure in future, never to stay or recommend a Crowne Plaza hotel again given their lack of empathy.

Noisy rooms , closer subway is 15 mjn walk . Staff was very polite and helpful .

Good place

The room is really small, and the price is not cheap in Osaka. However, it is very close to Umeda, and you can actually walk there. The subway is a little far away, not very close.

The room was very small, and I couldn't even put a suitcase in it. I thought Crowne Plaza was not much worse, so I quickly moved to Conrad after staying for two nights. Don't expect much better in Osaka for more than 700 yuan. The lobby is quite grand, and there is a Family Mart downstairs. There were sticky marks on the table that were not cleaned up, which I wiped off myself. There is no charging socket at the head of the bed. The toilet is very small, not the bathroom decoration of a normal hotel, but it feels like a bathroom built in the room, modular.

It's a bit tricky to walk from the station or take the bus, so I recommend taking a taxi! The accommodations were very good, and the service was very friendly, so I was very satisfied! You can also enjoy the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool, and if you use the club lounge, you can enjoy a very luxurious atmosphere where they provide breakfast and a drink before dinner as a service! I think it's a great hotel to come with a lover! ㅎㅎ

Because the hotel has a good location and is an old hotel, this is the second time I have stayed here within a year. The last time I checked in, the hotel gave me two interconnecting rooms (there is a door between the two rooms), which is very convenient for family stays.

You can't go wrong choosing Crowne Plaza Osaka! A small bed was set up for free when I entered the twin room I booked. The room is on the 19th floor of the club floor. The area of ​​30+ square meters is expected and acceptable! The environment is elegant and clean! The service staff is enthusiastic. There is a small alley next to the hotel with many very good izakayas. There is also a 24-hour Family Mart at the intersection.

The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene and facilities are pretty good, it is clean and tidy, and the lobby is also beautiful. The hotel is in a good location, the nearest Midosuji Line subway Yodoyabashi Station is only five or six minutes walk, and Shinsaibashi Namba is only two or three subway stops away. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Osaka Station and Umeda, and the bus stop to the airport is near Osaka Station, about seven or eight minutes away, so the transportation is really convenient. The breakfast is average, and there are a lot of people starting at 7 o'clock, probably all going to Universal Studios…

Located in the center of Osaka, it is convenient for travel and has good hygiene. The business single room I booked was small. The biggest disadvantage was that the noise and vibration from the Osaka Station Light Rail in the north-facing room were obvious, which affected my sleep. When I checked in, I asked for a quieter room, but the front desk actually arranged a room near the elevator and facing the JR railway. I don't recommend staying here.

A decent hotel with polite service staff, quick check-in, and good hardware environment. It is about 15 minutes walk from Osaka Umeda Station, but it is close to the Umeda business district, and it is convenient to go to the outlet shuttle bus and shopping.
