1.入住須知寫明入住前1天要告知入住的時間，我告知了，但直接被無視，透過trip客服追了很久，住宿方才總算願意回覆了，滿跩的。
2.民宿裡有洗衣機，但沒有洗滌劑，所以基本上那部洗衣機就是個裝飾品，藥妝店裡隨便一包洗衣膠囊都20顆一包，我整個行程八天也才洗兩次，然後要客人自己去購買，那到底放洗衣機做甚麼用呢？
3.住宿包括免費使用wifi，在入住當天告知入住程序時，就沒有提到wifi的帳號密碼，主動發訊息及寫電郵詢問，一樣毫無回應，到現在我已經退房了，也沒看到有人回信，看起來確實是不缺客人，非常跩。
