comfiest bed and pillow,everything was very clean too,we love the smell of the hotel and that there are brolly down at the apartment to borrow in the event that jt is raining.also supermarket,food street and plenty of food around.we will highly recommend this place to anyone whos coming to osaka.

Great place to stay. Clean, lots of space and well sound proofed from other neighbours. Slight noise from the traffic outside, but it's to be expected.

This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay.
Room is really clean and new.
Towels are fluffy and soft.
Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome!

Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes.
Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price.
Big, comfortable, enough space for couples.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying.
Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard.
Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper.
Close to train station.
Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful.
Highly highly recommend.
Would definitely stay here again when we visit!

The room is very spacious! Yes! It is spacious! In Japan, where every inch of land is valuable, it is not easy to live in a hotel with two 26-inch suitcases flat and still have room to spare!
The sanitation is very clean, and the boss is very considerate to change the socket to a domestic socket that can be plugged into a triangular socket, which is really great!
There are a wide variety of disposable items, including razors, cotton swabs, hair bands, cotton pads, eye masks and earplugs. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared ironing equipment on the first floor~
We booked three rooms, and they thoughtfully upgraded us to a high floor, and we can also dry clothes on the balcony.

It is very convenient to get to the hotel from Kansai Airport. You only need to take the Nankai Express to Tenkachaya Station and transfer to Naga Horibashi Station. Then walk for a few minutes and you will reach the hotel. Due to traffic reasons, you will arrive at the hotel late. Customer Service The staff still responded patiently and assisted us to get to the hotel. I am very grateful to the hotel for the considerate staff🫶🏻, which made the whole trip a comfortable  experience
