Great location just few minutes walk to Dotonbori and Namba station. Few convenient stores downstairs.

I love it here easy to check in and u can pick up the key by urself🤩🤩🤩 the room was pretty spacious and divided into sections. Super cleannnn recommend

The room is so dirty. The floor carpets look like there’ s no vacuuming. Dust particles spread throughout the room. Allergic rash has appeared on our children’s bodies after the first night. (We had stayed there 3 nights.) Its location is good. However, there will not be our second time here.

The room was spacious and even had a washing machine inside which made it easy for us to wash our clothes. This is a self check-in hotel so there was no staff in there to assist us

I booked a B&B on trip from August 11 to August 15, 2024. There are Chinese-speaking service staff who can be contacted by phone. Luggage can be stored in the lobby on the first floor. Self-service check-in is available. It is only a 5-minute walk from Namba Station. Highly recommended👍No need to carry luggage. When it’s time to transfer, there are 7-11, Lawson 100, and FamilyMart next to the B&B. It’s also very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. You can walk and go shopping, and you’ll find a lot of places to eat. Unfortunately, you always buy outside food and go back to the B&B to eat. Lawson 100 They sell fresh food. If I have the opportunity to come to Osaka again next time, I will stay there again and experience cooking at the B&B. If you have any questions, you can ask the B&B’s staff. All the necessary supplies are available~shampoo, shower gel, Washing powder, tableware, dishwashing detergent, vegetable cloth, clothes hangers, clothes drying rod, bath towels, hand towels, etc. The room layout is large and spacious. The 26-inch suitcase can be opened and there is room for walking. The best thing is that there is a small balcony. You can dry clothes, because the outdoor air conditioner is on the balcony, so the washed clothes will dry quickly. The small disadvantage is that there is a lot of dust in the room. It may be related to the carpet and duvet. You can clearly see a thin layer of dust on the refrigerator.

The location is excellent, you can reach the tourist area within 5 minutes. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine and kitchen, but the space is also reduced due to these configurations. The check-out time is early, at 10 o'clock.

The space is dusty, the air conditioner is not cool, the curtains cannot cover the entire window (serious light transmission), the location is next to the highway, and the noise affects sleep!

The location is really good. There were some reviews saying it was noisy, but it was okay. I recommend it for family trips. However, the small space is inconvenient because there is no dining table or sofa. The satisfaction level is good for the price.

It was noisy in the middle of the night, with people drinking and laughing in the convenience store downstairs + the occasional sound of motorcycles blasting on the street. The location and transportation are really convenient, and the room is also very good.
