Just here for a short stay, price is reasonable

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights: me and my child. I specifically chose 2 separate beds, but the room had 2 double beds, so 2 adults + 2 children (which is not typical for Japan), there is not much space to walk around, but it is enough. Huge windows over the entire room. Safe, refrigerator, kettle, you can drink water from the tap. Pola cosmetics in the bathroom. Cleanliness, cleaning upon request for stays longer than 3 days. We did not ask. You can take out the trash yourself, change your towels yourself at the reception. There is a separate room for luggage, which is only accessible to hotel employees. There is a cafe on the second floor, you can sit there during the day, coffee and tea are free, microwaves. You can order breakfast for 1300 yen per person, we did not take it. In hot weather they treat you to ice cream (ice with syrup) for free, and ramen in cold weather. There is a 24-hour McDonald's nearby and a good big supermarket (with tax free, you can buy sweets here for gifts). At the exit in the next door on the left there is an excellent ramen shop, we were there 3 times and in the same direction there is a tempura cafe, also super. The location is great, close to the metro, to Dotonbori you can walk along the main streets or along the shopping street. I will stay at this hotel again with pleasure.

I stayed for 2 nights. Cleaning service is not provided when staying for 2 nights, but cleaning service is provided after staying for 4 nights. Towels are brought in from the first floor. The first day's towels are provided in the room, and the second day's towels are brought up in advance. There is a basket where towels are provided, so you can put used towels there. First of all, the toilet is open at the bottom, so if you see something big, it can smell, so it is recommended to run the air circulator at full speed for 24 hours. The bathroom, which has a bathtub and everything else, is a bit small. It is too big for one person to fit into. There is no foam cleansing, so please bring your own. One more thing, it's a lot closer to Dotonbori than you think. It was easy to get to Umeda, and it was also easy to get to Namba. Location wise it was okay. Since basic water is not provided, it is recommended to go to the vending machine or Family Mart next door. Still, I had a great time in Osaka. The window doesn't even open!! Please note that circulation is poor. The air conditioner works great.

Accommodation is friendly, but a bit far from the subway station. The room is very small. The good thing is that there are minimarts around, many rice shops open 24 hours near the hotel. If it's just for sleeping, it's worth it.

I go to Osaka often, but this was my first time here. As the price is cheap, there are some shortcomings, but I used it well. It's the best value for money!

The front desk staff was so bad and so rude. I thought Japan was going to end up like this. The location was good because it was close to where I work, but the bathroom on the first floor smelled so bad that it was so hard to get on the elevator.

The Chinese waiters and other Japanese waiters are very good, and the room space is utilized to the extreme.

The room was a bit small, but I thought that was to be expected given the nature of Japanese rooms, and since there were only 3 beds, it would have been very spacious if there were only 2! The fact that amenities were always provided on the first floor and that you had to bring your own towels was a huge plus for us. The location was also close to the station and within walking distance of Dotonbori, although it was difficult to walk in the summer! I also really liked that the supermarket right next door was open 24 hours, and it was a very satisfying place to stay!

It is between two subway stations, about an 8-minute walk from the subway station and about a 15-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. The transportation is convenient. This is probably a business district and it is very quiet at night. There is a 24-hour supermarket, convenience store, McDonald's, etc. downstairs of the hotel. Daily breakfast, snacks and drinks, as well as daily necessities that are missing are all purchased in the supermarket. Everything is available and very convenient. The hotel should be a fast hotel type, with a small lobby and public areas. There are washing machines and dryers and beverage vending machines on the first floor. The front desk has good English skills and warm service. Because I booked a triple room, although I was mentally prepared for the room area on the reservation information, I personally experienced that the triple room was really small. There was no space except for three beds, especially the small bathroom, which could barely turn around. There was a little problem with the air conditioner, which was solved immediately. The sanitary environment is pretty good. There is no room service. The daily garbage should be placed at the door of the room before 10 o'clock. If towels, toiletries, etc. need to be replaced, they can be taken in a fixed area on the first floor. The bed is a bit hard. You can feel the hard spring of the bed when you lie on it. I got used to it after sleeping for a night.

I ordered it for a client and I am quite satisfied with it. The space is still big enough
