The staff is nice . Although there is no room available even we booked a room in advance. The staff arranged a taxi for us to transport to another hotel. Other things are fine.

The location of the hotel was amazing. We were just next to the subway station which allowed us to travel around the city easily. The room was clean and neat. It was a little bit expensive for the quality of the room, but otherwise, very glad that the AC was perfectly operational !

Just stayed here one night before flying out of Osaka. It's very close to the metro/subway. 7-11 around the corner. There was a very nice staff at the check-in desk, although I was able to check in and check out by myself with their iPad in the lobby. Really just a place to sleep, but it's clean and quiet.

Location is nice, less than 5 min walking to metro. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Neighbourhood is quiet. The room is clean, but glasses were dirty like they newer been washed. The bathroom is small and equipped with old-fashioned water mixer that regulates hot and cold water separately.
