The hotel is rather old and is showing its age with the antiqued design and less-than-modern facilities. Not necessarily a bad thing if they can work harder in creating a nostalgic ambience but unfortunately, such is lacking. The breakfast was a huge disappointment but the afternoon high tea was rather nice. Rooms are spacious as one would expect for a Westin hotel. Services are OK but not great.

Nearby stores inckude a variety of Kintetsu department store, HiHiTown with eateries, Daiso, chemists, 24 hour Aeon and Harves supermarkets. Hotel facilities are of standards expected from sheraton, though the hotel itself is dated by its decor. In general, a fair hotel for a short visit to Osaka.😊

It's a short walk from the station, but the first thing that gets you excited is the stylish exterior. Of course, the interior was stylish and nice. I was able to spend my time comfortably because I could eat at my own time. In addition, the staff was very kind and responsive to our requests, which was very helpful. I would like to use it again.

My room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, which offered a quiet escape in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Osaka Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

Hôtel confortable avec des chambres que, pour le Japon, on peut considérer comme grandes. Les chambres sont munies de tout le nécessaire, et rien ne manque. Nombreuses prises et WIFI. Salle de bain en cabine comme souvent au Japon, avec une marche assez haute (marchepied à disposition). Très bon petit déjeuner avec un grand choix (américain, européen, japonais, chinois). Plusieurs restaurants de niveaux variés. Situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Jûsô qui vous permet d'avoir accès à l'ensemble du réseau train-métro d'Osaka.

Hotel repeater. I forgot about Christmas ⛄️🎄✨, so I booked a room on the south side for the first time in a long time. Short stay for two days and one night from December 25, 2022. Thanks to Chinese tourists who brought home others' things, there are only the minimum items necessary. The next day, I had a mysterious experience just before I woke up. A man wearing an eboshi that gently hides me says, ”Don't open your eyes yet. You will be taken away.” After awakening, I gradually woke up at ８ 30 minutes. Breakfast was ordered at ９ 30 minutes, but I was able to get it as usual. It was a treat. Thank you for the university potatoes lined up on the table 😚
