I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want.
Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables.
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!

Great hotel for reasonable price. Ideal location very close to Universal area. Quite close to centre (about 12 USD/Lyft ride) and airport (about 35 USD/Lyft ride). Good breakfasts and cleaning each day. i can recommend the hotel. It is a good choice!

This hotel is newly opened. The location is also very good. Faifield is now cooperating with NCAA, so the gym facilities are very good. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It is only more than 20 minutes away from Universal Studios.

Was initially worried because of the mixed reviews online but I got to say, I’m so glad I took a chance with this hotel. It has gone beyond our expectations and we would love to be back. We stayed there as a group of 6 for one night. The room was more than spacious to accommodate us. Hospitality was excellent and breakfast spread was good. Would definitely recommend!

It was a convenient stay not far front the Universal Orlando Resort. The hotel has a pool and recreation area. Cleaning was only when you asked for it. In my opinion, it lacked a kitchenette. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

It's close to two outlets (walking distance). There are some restaurants nearby. I tried Texas de Brazil at night. It's good. The hotel is new and clean. It's equipped with a kitchenette. Induction cooker, cutlery, mixing bowls, microwave oven, etc., those basic cooking tools are present. You can do some basic cooking there. I enjoyed my stay.

AAllythis hotel is in a great location with free shuttle back and forth the universal area. There is an iride that takes you to the outlet and eat-out area that is pretty buzzling. there is no requirement to drive. If you love walking, this is really convenient location with supermart within 10 mins walking distance. *Impt: for international travelers *

GGuest UserThe stay experience was generally up to standard until I realised that room cleaning was only provided on demand and then put in my request at the concierge on Day 3. The lady at the concierge was cold and not helping to say the least. She kept telling me room cleaning requests must be submitted by 9am, which I think is quite inconvenient and unfriendly for leisure travellers. She reluctantly agreed to help me change towels and toiletries in the end. It’s quite funny because they ha be this slogan sign on the wall saying “if there’s anything wrong with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right”. Apparently the lady didn’t want to make it right for me.

HHensenWe were 4 people (two couples) in a room at this hotel.
Good facilities, especially compared to the North American standard.
The great advantage of the hotel is that it is a Brazilian hotel for Brazilians, with service in Portuguese, which makes it much easier for those who do not master the language.
Another aspect is that for non-US residents there is no deposit charge on accommodation, which helps a lot to not leave a few dollars stuck with them, or the balance of the card occupied with this deposit.
It is very close to the main points of Orlando, on International Drive.
He served us very well and the best price came out here, through the Trip.com app.

AAirahThe location was good but rooms in Tower Buildings aren’t clean enough compared to the pictures. The washrooms are old fashion and not well maintained. There’s also stains on our blinds. As well as the floor was too dirty.
