Reception service very good, attentive. Basic breakfast but with enough options. Rooms negative point that it is all carpet and sealed glass so it is with a lot of dust concentration, ideal would be to remove carpet. Bed a little "tired". Great location, close to shopping and very close to Universal. I believe it is the best option in the region because of the breakfast that makes the difference. Cleaning service passed every day in the room.

The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. My father wanted to ask for a room on the ground because of foot pain, but the room on the ground floor was full and there was no elevator. Thank you to the front desk clerk for taking the initiative to carry our luggage upstairs for us. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety 👍 🏻

Apparently, they are beginning to remodel that facility, there were storage bins and construction signs, but the property is worn out. I think the staff is doing the best they can with what they got. It was clean, just worn out.

We changed reservations at the last minute because i called the La Quinta i originally booked and the clerk was very rude to me. So we reserved a room at this one and the night front desk clerks were so great. Polite, helpful, friendly
and just made us feel welcome. I had to eat the cost of my other reservation but it was worth it to deal with such helpful staff.

Just stayed one night after a long travel day-this place is very dated! It was clean enough and appeared to have been recently refreshed but is showing its age. Price was right but there are much better options out there for me.
