晚上7點出門之前讓前台打掃一下房間，然後打電話反映説保潔下班沒辦法打掃 可以進房間收垃圾 晚上回來以後垃圾桶還是滿的沒有倒。從APP上下單到房間送毛巾和拖鞋 凌晨1點一直到隔天十點都沒有動靜 早上再次下單 保潔阿姨敲門問要什麼東西 真無語。。。下午茶時間，服務員坐在餐廳裏一羣人吵吵 討論顧客 還在説一些顧客壞話，地域歧視 不敢相信這是如家旗下的酒店。
