Set 2 rooms, one room has no idea what bugs bite, did not sleep all night, called the front desk in the morning, sent sprinklers... The shower head in the bathroom leaked, and there was no way to take a bath. The floor was leaking. I was afraid of trouble. I didn't call. The nozzle in another room is like this, it's terrible, I hope the store can do a good job of hygiene. Where is this 4-star hygiene? ? ? Hope to improve it.

This is my first time to stay at the Dongsheng InterContinental brand hotel. I have stayed in other cities before and there was a fresh fragrance in the lobby after I entered. It's not big enough, but it has a full sense of space. I dared to go to the company team's check-in peak, and the front desk employee saw me and said wait a moment. I immediately asked other colleagues to help me check in together. Since I had made a reservation, the check in was also very fast. After arriving in the room, I received a call from the front desk again, saying that there were too many people just now and they did not inform me of the service details. They specifically informed me of the breakfast time and the wireless password of the room. They were very considerate and attentive. The breakfast is very comfortable and nutritious. A very good hotel, from the hardware, lobby reception, room service are remarkable! But the breakfast is too bad for the wife, if it weren't the good one in front, it would really give a zero score! ! The meal is closed at 9:30. At 9 o'clock, there is nothing to eat, almost all of them are empty, not exaggerated-almost all! All empty! ! The waiter in the restaurant gave a bad review, and there was no answer to the comments! After yelling, a chef appeared and said without embarrassment: What do you want to eat? . . I know what you have! I complained to the lobby manager, and the operator actually asked me to go to the front desk. I haven’t eaten ** yet. Nothing. I ate a bowl of noodles. Later I saw a manager who came here. The attitude was really good, but Wan felt he couldn’t take care of it. The restaurant is just taking photos for evidence, a breakfast, ruining all the efforts of colleagues in other depar**ents! !

NNestyThe room we stayed in was big and clean. The staff could not speak English; however there was one lady who could speak English and was very kind and helpful. When she was not there, we had trouble communicating to the staff. They were not efficient enough and I think there was a lot of miscommunication; however the hospitality could have been better. The TV in our room was big and had many channels, but the movies did not work. Buffet breakfast is Chinese. I think it’s a great hotel with many facilities, but I did not feel very comfortable and feel that the staff could be better in handling foreigners better.

When I entered the lobby, there was a handsome guy who helped me carry my luggage to the room. I was deeply impressed by the young lady at the front desk. I clearly remember her name is Zhang Ziyi. Introduction Freshly ground coffee is free, and late-night snacks can be delivered for free. The hotel's breakfast is served with fried dough sticks, soy milk and fruits, which is more traditional. When I went out to play, I felt that the people were so welcoming.

The staff was not as super. My wife was rudely pushed the extra blanket we requested (before booking and then again on arrival) in her hands by an annoyed member of staff. They seemed preoccupied with a large group/party that also stayed there, but that’s not my fault.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this interesting hotel.

MMax Tanariyakuleverything is quite nice. we booked the biggest villa. totally, it has 5 bed rooms: two of them is the kang bed (6m long bed), two of 2-bed, one of king bed.
overall, the villa is clean and nice. big enough to accommodate 10-15ppl. the service is very great, especially the head staff who helped us arrange dinner which we forget to prebook or took us to nearby desert. the staff also help set up the bonfire and movie for nice chill, which we really appreciate. the toilet is also clean. inside the villa, also have a pool, a bonfire, a tea room.
still, the pool may not be that clean. and there may be some insects. it is also important to prebook the dinner or the menu will be limited. there is also not much alcohol choice, so better bring your own.
