The overall rating is 4 points. We were on a business trip and placed an order online one day in advance. We checked in at the hotel at 3:30 pm, but the front desk told us that the room was not ready yet... This shows that the coordination between the housekeeping department and the front desk was not in place. It is impossible that there were only one or two rooms of the room type we booked. The front desk could have changed it, but it did not. There were two rooms, one of which was very cold and the air conditioner didn't work. We stayed there for two nights. Ordos had just had a heavy snowfall in early spring, and the freezing cold room made you imagine how bad the stay experience was. The breakfast was average, with only a few dishes to choose from. The service at the front desk was good. As I didn't bring a computer, the front desk helped me coordinate, which I like. From Wuzhong to Linfen, and then to Ordos, he has always stayed in Wanda Hotels. I read a report before that said Wang Sicong never stayed in Wanda Hotels. After these trips, he really doesn't want to stay in Wanda hotels anymore. The only bright spot of the hotel is that there is a freezer in the lobby and self-service ice cream, which is not bad.
