The hotel was very clean and organized. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were near some parks and beautiful architecture. There were plenty of public e-bikes outside to make travel convenient. Good hotel, good people. Very relaxing experience.

Good loocation, friendly and helpful stuff. Check in was very quick. Breakfast didn't have much international options, the rooms are clean and sound proof.

Holiday Inn was originally my favorite brand. I would not choose other hotels if I could stay at Holiday Inn Express. However, I was not very happy with this stay.
First, the breakfast was lower than the review standard of Holiday Inn Express.
Second, the laundry was not free. Fortunately, I was a Ctrip user and was given a free one time.
Third, I specially purchased a late check-out at 14:00 for lunch break so that I would not be so tired on the flight in the afternoon. However, the continuous calls from the front desk at 12:47 ruined my lunch break💤. I just want to ask: Didn’t you ask me whether I would stay longer around 11 o’clock? Didn’t you ask me after breakfast? Didn’t you judge by looking at the reservation information? Did I ask you to wake me up? Did I check out late? This is really the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in the country, no one else!
