房間位於東勝區中心地帶，周邊大商場，大超市都有，而且非常近。周邊餐飲也很豐富。周邊停車位豐富，本大廈有收費停車場，旁邊還有免費停車場和免費的路邊停車位，適合自駕的朋友。房間和描述基本一致，但缺少一些生活用品，比如拖鞋、毛巾、紙杯等配的都不太足，建議可以增加一些。房東很友好，積極解決問題。

這次入住這裡是正好到這裏看元宵節焰火，樓下就是大廣場，地理位置還是挺不錯的，也挺方便吧，畢竟是在市區裏面。

房東是真的很好，很熱情，很給力。訂的時候忽略了是否有洗衣機，房東熱情地與隔壁溝通商量，終於讓我們洗完了衣裳。今天穿上乾淨整潔的衣服，心情又美美滴出發。感謝房東讓我們有愉快的體驗
