Ordos Hotels with Breakfast

First of all, I would like to give a thumbs up to Ctrip customer service. The service is really humane. This hotel does not have random midnight snacks. The room reserved is the farthest. I was told that the family room in the hotel is the farthest. We booked breakfast for two adults and two children, but when we arrived at the front desk at night, we were asked to cancel the order and place the order in the store. They said that one child would be charged. If we place the order in the store, we don’t have to pay. We have been out for several times and two breakfasts are enough for two adults and two children wherever we go. Overall, the overall feeling is good. The room is large, but the front desk service needs to be improved.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ordos. This hotel has always been my first choice when I come to Ordos. The service attitude of the front desk staff is really amazing, very warm and sincere! The guest room also feels very homely, very comfortable. However, no staff cares about smoking in the restaurant.

The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

The indoor temperature is very comfortable, not cold or hot, the room is spacious, clean and hygienic, one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in, I lived in spring, the bathroom was not cold at all, great.

Ordos Wenlan Hotel is located in the square opposite the Ordos Passenger Terminal. It has luxurious decoration, complete facilities, convenient transportation, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good.
