Absolute bull crap. My grandma was hospitalized and I had to cancel my entire honeymoon because I had to stay here and take care of her. Every single place let me have a refund except for this one so $146 went completely down the drain because I chose to be a decent human being and take care of my grandma.

The room was cold and dark, the renovation and furniture were old, the lights were not operating properly, with the TV turned on in the middle of the night on its own... I had my eyes open almost the whole night....

酒店的服務是最差的，不建議任何客人預訂這家酒店，2021年前我經常入住這家酒店，服務態度及設施較好，符合星級酒店的標準，這次我預訂了這家酒店，當晚到達是晚上8:45分，由於我們驅車行駛了300多公里，行李較多我走到前台和工作人原説請求他們幫助安排行李員搬運行李，酒店前台説衹有她一個人工作，她們不負責搬運行李，我説我們行李很多，您可以打電話給你同事幫我們一下嗎？前台女高傲的説你看不到衹有我一個人嗎？我説你們諾大的五星級酒店就一個人嗎？我説如果你們沒有其他同事那你就幫我們取消酒店，我再安排其他酒店入住，這時走來一個******男人，應該是經理級別，她們德語溝通中説我要求搬住搬行李，結果更讓人生氣的是發生了，這個男的説我們不是五星級酒店了，我們2019年的時候開始就是3星級酒店了。我説怎麼可能，2021年都曾經頻繁的在這家酒店入住，服務都很好！這個**和女前台説，以前我們酒店是外包給其他公司管理！現在我們是自己集團運營所以沒有搬運行李和任何其他服務，衹是在酒店前台坐等給客人辦理入住！態度極為惡劣讓我無法忍受，我説那我們退款，前台人員説6點之前到達我們就可以免費退款，現在時間我需要給攜程打電話，攜程同意退款他們就同意退款！所以我希望攜程儘快更新這家酒店！它們並非5鑽酒店！是三星級酒店！他的價格也不值一晚2000多，2021年入住期間每晚包含早餐135瑞郎，請不要幫助這種無良酒店推薦客户！
