I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Affordable stay compared to other hotels. It was good. The room was so big and all the objects seen in the pics are there. The bed is exactly looking like the image. But the problem is the hotel urgently requires a renovation. Which means the age of the hotel is evident in the room, floor and also in bathroom. The stay was royal in 30 years ago

Good hotel. Although old hotel, rooms are clean. Toliets are well maintained. Restaurant food was good. Iddlys are served hot and delicious. Do not miss to taste iddlys here. No where i had seen or tasted hot streaming iddlys. They have separate restaurant for tiffin's and tali. Parking is bit congested. But they manage well. Room service was top class. Anything you order, you get in 15 minutes. Overall, we had good time during stay

Kluney manor is an excellent property with great antiquity staff is very supportive & food is excellent overall ambience of the property is encapsulating things which may be improved: 1. The location of the hotel was good, not too far away from the city. The rooms were clean and tidy with a beautiful view from the balcony. The receptionist is helpful and will be at your service anytime. Overall a 10/10.

Property situated at nice place from where can see whole ooty. Food was good but service was poor. Felt slightly language barrier with staff. Moreover, they did not kept drinking water in room which was part of booking. If keep good service-and professional staff, then definitely this property is nice bet.
