Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

good property with good location and good parking. the only drawback is this property doesn't have any restaurant but one can have food in just adjacent property. another con is this property doesn't have lift, even though the rooms are only on ground and 1st floor but 1st floor rooms can be an issue for elders. overall it's a good property to stay

Location is good and away from the town. The scenery also is good. Fortune is a very old property with the buildings and cottages getting renovated step by step. If you want a reasonable stay then its the best amd do not expect star facilities there. They use very cheap material to renew them. I have stayed several times in their cottages. Every-time i find toilet tap, stuck-ed door, anything damaged at a time. And the water is pale in colour. The towels all are very old and they use even now. No breakfast included and you get very bad one if you order. They still live in 90s but i will give five stars for the location. Some of the cottages are beautiful to see from outside. Once again i say if looking for a budget stay it is very good with all facilities better than any other property.

It was nice location. We had many restaurants near by for food. Hotel staff was well behaved and helped us with all details. Food quality was good. Nice hotel to stay with for personal travel. Rooms were good.

The restaurant served up delicious food at incredibly affordable prices - it was a steal of a deal! the quality of the food was exceptional, and i loved the variety of options available. Overall, my stay at delightzz inn resort was a wonderful experience, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The combination of great service, tasty food, and affordable prices makes it an unbeatable choice. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent experience food is good and the view for the resort is excellent ambience and rooms and staff are v good

Room was good, parking space was minimal, not recommended for people coming in cars, food was not available in the hotel and suggestions from the reception for roaming around the town was not efficient. Overall an average stay if you want to roam ooty in a budget.
