The rooms are well maintained, clean and are spacious. The staff are friendly and are always ready to suggest great places to visit and help during your stay. Botanical Garden (~ 200 metres) and commercial Market(~ 300 meters) are very nearby. Car parking was also available. This place is next to the church though for the first time this place was difficult to locate and the road connecting to this place is a little steep(~50 meters) and also road condition was not that great. Overall it was a nice experience and friendly stay at woodberry residency!!!

Nice location. Good size room with seperate sitting areA. Good services, Prompt staff . Good food at economical prices. The only thing I didn't liked was the bathroom. Though it was neat but with no shower. No soap in bathing area. Shower gel dispenser was placed at basin side . So was difficult. Geyser was too small ,with very little hot water. And the funny thing was ,it produces scary noise every time you open the tap . Little ammendment in the bathroom can give complete satisfaction to the client.

The room beds are nasty with human excreta marks all around the bedsheets. The hotel staff are only intersted to make money and not bothered about the quality of room at all. I asked for a extra bed and the reception guy never bothered to come back to us. No power at midnight had to call reception multiple times at night. We asked for extra bed and sheet and they gave us nasty bedsheets with human toilet on them. Very very nasty place to stay. Never ever go there I got sick after staying there. The room stinks of toilet and bedbugs in the beds. The owner is very very rude and keeps yelling at us and makes us Park the car in a unsafe place.

This property sits in one of the best locations of Ooty. Good things - spacious rooms and wash rooms. Parking space in the basement. Not so good things - rooms not well lit, in spite of multiple light fixtures. No study lamp on the table; no light fixture above the able. I wish they had provided at least one power outlet by the study table. The closet looked dirty, and so we did not use it. We tried their breakfast, but did not like it. Their staffers were not well trained to take care of visitors. However, those at the reception were very good.

Ooty trip- Delightz Inn Resorts - Apr 30, 2023 to May 02, 2023 for our 10th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with our 2 little infant kids Sridhama and Sowbhagya. It was an awesome and memorable stay here. Enjoyed everything here to the core. All the arrangements here were absolutely fantastic. Right from welcoming us till the send off, they took complete care of us. We loved all the people associated here who are absolutely supportive of you. The rooms were aesthetic and excellent, well maintained, beautifully and neatly maintained washroom and bathrooms to add on top of it. The food here right from the complementary breakfast, sumptuous lunch and dinner that we had here was absolutely tasty and yummy, kudos to their chef in particular who took extra care to ensure our kids get the right meal all the time. I would only recommend them to have ponni raw rice in their menu for pure vegetarian people like us who find it difficult to have boiled rice especially our kids. Had some issues in power supply and wifi connection on 01st May night with no current supply for some 4 hrs due to some power back up maintenance which the problem was resolved only the next morning, thought that was not some major fault of them. The decorations made in our room with roses and balloons for our anniversary cake cutting was simply so so special,awesome and absolutely beautifully done and our kids were happy to play with. The 1/2 kg cake was just so so tasty and yummy which our kids enjoyed completely. Overall an absolutely fantastic and memorable anniversary stay which we just cannot forget in our lifetime. Don't think you would find such a hospitality anywhere else. Kudos to the entire team Delightz Inn. You ensured that we enjoyed a happy holidaying at ooty for sure. Only one flaw which I should point to see if they get it sorted out was providing rooms for stay of cab drivers which unlike other Resorts is missing here. If you go in your own car, your drivers are bound to have tough time. Hopefully they have it when we visit them the next time around. The one day stay at Drizzle Inn turned into a nigh mare, had to put up due to late booking. The place looks charming by the view but the Rooms are congested with a bunker bed, old geyser which may burst any time. For Dinner one has to tell by morning else you will not get food. The order was messed up by the Manager and the Chef was a part time person who cooks well but refused well I got only three Chapattis in total. We had to make a verbal argument and he later managed by making two more of it. Next day break fast same story, no eggs as some one before came and consumed. The room boy in spite of showing soiled foot mats refused to change. The Manager gave some excuse and replaced. They agreed for two nights and later said not available. The place is not a good experience for families looked like a bachelor accommodation and low on maintenance and it can become bad with rains. The approach road is all broken and Cars have to be careful not to get stuck in the craters. There is no proper care by the Manager, his job is oriented towards collection and not to provide a good experience and service.

We had been there with our family of 13. It was a lovely stay at Berry Hills. View from the resort is breathtaking. They have good food options even Felt like home Staff there is always ready to help you with whatever you want Clean rooms and fresh bedsheets. Eagle dare adventure is walkable distance and for people who want to experience trekking this place is suitable
