The hotel is in a great location, with a park and bus station just outside.
The front desk service is also very good, and there is free airport shuttle. The overall feeling is very good, and the city impression of Omaha is also very good

Great location in Omaha, not too far from things, including Iowa, which is right across the bridge from the hotel. Room is spacious, does only have one small window though and can sometimes sound like the window is open, but overall a great hotel. Bed is very comfy, bathroom is nice and roomy and the staff is very nice. Plus there are two parking lots if you have a car and it’s right down the street from Old Market shops and restaurants.

Our hotel in Lincoln was cancelled without notice so we drove here and what a great hotel. This is our second time staying here but we were able to walk to the old market. Took a quick Uber to the airport. Great customer service and comfortable rooms. The ppl at the front desk were great and the cafe too. Recommend

Everything you expect from a Marriott courtyard, no more and no less. Very polite staff and clean rooms. I was here on business. The WiFi was good, bistro was good, serving Starbucks. Oatmeal and coffee to stay my day! Thanks for the stay as always.

Amazing stay! Not only did we get a room upgrade, we also got help with charging our iPhones. We felt like our suite was at condo level of amenities and space.Also, we appreciated the free airport shuttle to and from the airport. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend others to do the same

Stayed at courtyard for the weekend while attending a show. Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed, you can crank up the ac and heat which is a huge plus. Safe and walkable to CHI center, old market. Hotel sits on the park. Grea stay! We will return.

This hotel was a great experience! Perfect location for Old Market - Omaha. Friendly, professional staff. Super easy check in, very clean in both rooms, lobby and entry… everywhere. Great beds! We had a corner room and it was big. The only negative was the pillows. Pillows are a personal preference- others might think they are fine. Nice white towels, very large shower, Will definitely stay here next trip to Omaha.
