Stayed alone for the Rugby World Cup. The hotel in Oita city is full from early on and the price is only twice as much as usual. But only here felt the spirit at the usual price. Good location, close to Oita station and downtown. The front desk staff was also good. The room was quite smelly, even though it was a smoking room. Also, if you were studying more in detail about access to the World Cup stadium, it would have been even better.

About 5 minutes walk from Oita Station. It is convenient because it is close to the station. There is also a Family Mart as soon as you get out of the first floor. The construction is a bit old, but there is no problem. The pot is in the room, but it is a little troublesome that tea and drop coffee cannot be taken from the front desk. The room is clean and hygienic, the environment is good, and the service attitude is good. There are large shopping malls and art galleries nearby. It is also convenient for fun and food. It is about eight minutes' walk from Oita Station. There is a large supermarket at the JR station.

I think Forza is a hotel suitable for staying in Oita mayor, of course, short stay is also suitable. First, the accommodation is very clean and stylish, making me feel very relaxed. Second, the location is good. There is no problem with walking to Oita Station in ten minutes. There is an entrance and exit on the roof to connect to the Qilou Commercial Street. So even if it rains, you don't need an umbrella. In addition, there are many shops you need to go to on weekdays such as convenience stores, coffee bars, supermarkets and so on. It is also very close to Kyoto Street. I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. I will book this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come back.

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. The front desk is 8F in the building where the hotel is located. This time, I used the non-smoking double bed room of 17F. The face towel in the bathroom of the room was made in Imabari. Check-in is possible from 14:00, and guests can also use the 19F ”Tenku no Yu” from 14:00. Go to 19F in your room clothes, receive a towel set at the reception, and go to the men's bath changing place. 19F has an indoor bath and two types of saunas (Finland sauna and mist sauna), and there were more than 10 washrooms. 19F Indoor bath is a natural hot spring that is pumped from 700m underground. After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. Had an overnight stay here for the rugby after a day travelling down from Hokkaido. The trip went incredibly smoothly, then the welcome, the fans zone, the organisation and the fans transport out to the stadium were amazing. Well done Oita. The hotel was a little overwhelmed by the number of people booking in before the match, but staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped; and the hotel was easily found from the station via an interesting arcade - no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Would certainly stay here again if in Oita.

One of the things I loved most about Dormy Inn Oita was its convenient location near the JR Station. This made it incredibly easy to explore the local area and find delicious dining options for dinner. It was like having the best of Oita right at my doorstep! During my stay, there was an unexpected earthquake, but I was so impressed by how the staff handled the situation. They kept everyone informed and checked in regularly to ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during a challenging time. And let me tell you about the incredible assistance I received when my car ran out of battery. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me out, contacting the necessary services and ensuring everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently. It was such a relief to have their support. In conclusion, my stay at Dormy Inn Oita was nothing short of amazing. From the warm hospitality to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at this fantastic hotel. Dormy Inn will always hold a special place in my heart.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Service was very good. Parking was an extra 550 yen per day. Breakfast was Japanese style but did include a bacon and egg cooked in front of each guest with the small Japanese hotpot. Our room fit 3 adults was very nice with clean modern amenities consisting of one room with two single beds, and a sizable living room with futon in the evening for the third bed. Nice view of Beppu tower in our room. Hotspring outdoor was totally enjoyable with a view of the sunrise and the Beppu Bay. Gotta be careful though because for ladies, someone in a boat at the bay might be able to see our naked upper bodies with telescope if we stand up.😅

Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!

My wife booked this hotel for us for our weekend in Beppu. We selected this hotel based on the price, parking, and location. It is within walking distance to the train station and down town area. They have parking here which is a plus. The staff was very friendly, the individual helping us spoke great English which made check in/out easy. They have breakfast here, because of COVID, it was not buffet style, but the trays were nice and the food was great. The rooms were perfect, they were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, plus the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay here.
