The room in this hotel is unexpectedly large. It is considered a large room in Japan. There is a Lawson downstairs, which is very convenient. It is about a 10-minute walk from Oita Station.
Very old building, the owner is very nice, but there are few bathrooms and it’s hard to wait
It’s a good place to stay in Oita for a short trip
Or if you come to watch the Oita Marathon like me, you can live here
I wonder why there is a hotel in such a place, but I guess it's only possible if you mainly travel by car. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and there are also a few restaurants from noon to dinner, so you can have a drink in the evening. There aren't many, but there is a restaurant within walking distance that sells delicious chicken, and it's cheap but delicious. It may be rude to say it was unexpected, but I was very satisfied. To be honest, the hotel is in a dilapidated condition, but there is a hot spring in the room. And the quality of this spring is quite amazing. The large public bath is different, but there is a lot of added water and the scent and texture are not good. When you turn on the hot water faucet in your room, piping hot spring water will come out, so you will need to store it in the bathtub and let it cool down for 1-2 hours before entering. The scent of the hot spring fills the room and it feels good. In my room, the rubber of the bathtub stopper had deteriorated, probably due to the hot spring ingredients, and the water could not be filled properly. I made full use of soap and a plastic bag to make the stopper work, and I filled it up before going to bed, and the next morning I added piping hot spring water to the cooled hot spring water and was able to create a 100% hot spring at just the right temperature. The bath in the room is small, and the bathtub is small, but the amount of hot water is plentiful, so it fills up quickly. In this way, something that would probably get a low rating in terms of reviews because it was inconvenient and a bit of a hassle, ended up being quite satisfying. My skin was smooth and felt great all day. The chicken izakaya was also delicious and I would like to stay there again. There is also a large public bath, but water has been added to it to lower the temperature, so it is quite diluted as a hot spring. There is almost no scent. There's no view or anything in the small bathroom in the old room that isn't clean, but all you have to do is close your eyes and imagine it. We recommend taking a bath in your room. I was satisfied even with my eyes open. Only hot spring water comes out of the faucet. The water is fresh water, but there is no fresh hot water. So if you don't like hot springs, you shouldn't stay here. I like hot springs, so this is fine. Even though the room is old, it doesn't feel unclean and the bed is not uncomfortable. A strong hot spring gushes into the room. As expected from Oita. There seem to be hotels like this nearby. As you drive by, you'll come across several signs for hotels and other facilities that say they are natural hot springs. If you dig it, it will spring up. It would be nice if you could list and compare the ingredients of each store's spring quality.
Stayed alone for the Rugby World Cup. The hotel in Oita city is full from early on and the price is only twice as much as usual. But only here felt the spirit at the usual price. Good location, close to Oita station and downtown. The front desk staff was also good. The room was quite smelly, even though it was a smoking room. Also, if you were studying more in detail about access to the World Cup stadium, it would have been even better.
The hotel is not far from the train station. Easy to walk There is a coupon to use the free onsen everyday. Great. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit cramped. But fully equipped
The room is very small but the price is reasonable. The hotel is easy to find, a short walk from the station. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, towel, hair dryer, called ready. But must check out before 10.00
Usually, stay in a plan with a slightly high threshold Li Bai dinner set. See another section for Li Bai. The hotel is at a level of convincing from the location of the city center. The rear vibration prevention measures are installed in the window, and it is surprised by the slightness. It was a deluxe room, but the facilities are so-called city hotels. The room has TV, refrigerator, tea set, washing amenities. The air conditioner was old and I was worried about the noise. There is no safe. There is no hot spring, but I am glad that there is a day trip facility called Fuuchi Onsen hot spring on foot 5-6 minutes.

Perfect
GGuest UserThere is a wonderful hot spring bath that flows directly from the source. I felt that the topaz-colored hot water had the effect of regulating the autonomous nerves and relaxing the stiffness.
The single room is clean and new and close to JR Ozai station, so it may be perfect for a solo trip for hot spring purposes.
However, the problem is staff and management.
Even if I tried to enter the large communal bath after check-in, it was crowded with day trip bathers and washed potatoes. I took a bath the next morning because I had a plan. Check the front desk multiple times that you can take a bath the next morning.
But the next morning, the public bath was closed with a close display.
There were other angry guests, and eventually everyone took a bath. I was impressed by the wonderful quality of the spring.
Another thing is that you have to fill in all your address and phone numbers at check-in. When booking through online companies such as Trip.com, the hotel side has all the information, and originally it is only a signature. Or rather, it is almost the case now.
I had a minor finger disability and had a help mark. I was in pain because my hands were not good at shaking.
I managed to finish writing, but I had further mental pain. The staff spoke out and corrected it while saying, ”Is this 7? 3?” I cried in tears of sadness that I was embarrassed.
I wonder if I can't see the help mark.
All of these seemed to be caused by the staff, and I felt that there was a problem with the management's lion ruler operation.
Vijiho, which has a wonderful large communal bath that flows directly from the source, is actually quite rare. To the manager. Please acquire a customer's perspective as much as possible.
AAmazing tripThe environment is very good, the front desk lady is very friendly, the hot spring hotel CP value is very high, if I go again, I will stay again. Although old, it is well maintained
GGuest UserIt was good that there were various shops nearby where you could eat. It was also nice to have my shoes taken off near the entrance of the room.
GGuest UserGreat short stay in Oita for one night, forgot to take a picture of breakfast
I only remember that it was delicious, and I kept adding rice without knowing it
It feels very comfortable to live on a high floor, and the service staff is very kind
Although I can't speak Japanese, I still communicate well.
Looking for such a good hotel when going out for fun😊

Oita Marine Palace Aquarium "Umitamago"
MM32***23It took half a day to divide several parks in this aquarium, where different marine life can be seen, such as fish, sharks, etc. Here are some pools where you can contact starfish, crabs, and small fish, but the most special place is where you can contact Flatnose Ray up close. The pool is 2 months old Flatnose RayBB, to swim close, you can touch ! This aquarium is for visitors to know marine life, ecology, some have the opportunity to get close to marine life, but there is no animal performance at all, no paid feeding link, this is conservation! Appreciate! There is a restaurant in the hall. Although the food price is not cheap, the selling and taste are very good. It is worth a try! The Copenhagen card package is free to enter, and you can change your ticket at the ticket office. Near the airport, you can also consider the time before and after departure or arrival at the airport, where there is a place to store luggage! Free shuttle bus service is available in the museum, and staff can be consulted about the shift.
Takasakiyama Natural Zoological Garden
社社会颜色Located on the west side of Oita City, the Gaoqi Mountain, at an altitude of 628 meters, there are about 1,300 wild Japanese macaques inhabiting the mountain. They are not artificially raised and have not been domesticated, but are freely grown on the mountain, and have become the largest wild monkeys in Japan.
Oita Prefectural Art Museum (OPAM)
诗诗道芬-因-布赖施高周处I would choose to go to the Oita Prefecture Museum, mainly because I heard that they have a restaurant that is very good. But when I went there, it was not open, so I just strolled around the museum. Frankly, if there is no special exhibition, there is not much to see inside. It is usually the work of some local students or calligraphy lovers. There are no special exhibitions of famous artists. But the gallery itself has some decorations that are beautifully done. If you are interested in architecture, you can see it within an hour.
Sasamuta Shrine
MmachicoThe wisteria flowers are beautiful. There was also a stall. Access may be a little inconvenient without a car.
Oita Art Museum
ううずIt is located a little far from Oita station, but you can go there for 200 yen by bus. The facility itself is large and you can spend a very calm time. The big elephant statue in front of you is a sight to see. 🐘
