Great short stay in Oita for one night, forgot to take a picture of breakfast I only remember that it was delicious, and I kept adding rice without knowing it It feels very comfortable to live on a high floor, and the service staff is very kind Although I can't speak Japanese, I still communicate well. Opinions from a female asian solo traveler. Around 10 mins walk from Oita station, acceptable distance to me. Have convenient stores in the area but not many restaurants, better go back to Oita station or Amu plaza oita for food. The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is a bit small and old but very clean and quiet. Particularly appreciate their shower water is hot enough. I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear street sounds occasionally but acceptable. Overall, affordable prices and needs are fulfilled.

Hotel is new and clean. Only thing is parking lot not available and full when I checked in and it’s not cheap. I have to parked a few blocks down. Also there is no drop off point which makes it very inconvenient to unload luggage’s.
