Hotel doesn't have any Hot Spring / Onsen as advertised here. Disappointed as we book here because we would like to relax at hotel onsen. Pls remove the pics here as advertised you have onsen. Thank you so much.

I booked to stay for 2 nights, however, I can’t stay there anymore. The room is too small and too cold. We can hear the children talking, running and screaming upstairs. The parking area is separate from the hotel, it is very inconvenient.

hotel:
1. Parking problem: I don’t know why I can’t park in the hotel’s internal parking lot. The parking lot opposite is required to cost 900 yen.
2. A free glass of champagne or coffee for each person, the champagne is good👍.
3. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel, Jianiu🐮👍👍👍
Room:
Overall it is relatively old and lacks maintenance;
There was hair in the wash basin, and there were many black edges on the bathroom walls;
Lots of dirt on carpet;
There were many black spots on the countertop and sheets. Fortunately, I brought my own disposable sheets;
Personally, I think staying for one night is barely okay, but staying for more than one night would be a bit uncomfortable.
