It is a bit far from the city center. It is a very British-style hotel. The small garden is beautifully trimmed, the room is clean, and there is a balcony. It faces the tea garden. It is quiet at night and the air is fresh in the morning. I like this hotel. The hotel provides a buffet dinner with many varieties. Breakfast is also a buffet, with not many varieties. Very good British service.

As soon as I entered the door, I was given a family room with 2 beds. After communicating with me, the staff had an attitude of being dissatisfied even though they gave you a better room. They showed me the originally booked room and I felt it was really not worth the price. . It is recommended that it is more convenient to stay in Nuvo.

The hotel is at a very peaceful and tranquil location. The staff members are humble and hospitable. Special thanks to Chef Jayavardana and his food and beverage team to provide delicious food during every meal. Being vegetarians, we got enough options. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Was only over night but room is ok, staff are very kind and hospitable.……………………. I tried only soup for the dinner but also was very good………….. Location wise also good It is surrounded by nature…………………….. Thanks and I will come back…………………….

Nicely located hotel surrounded by beautiful garden and with a view on Gregory’s lake. We stayed in the Princess suite which had some great beds. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Some rooms can be a bit noisy but it did not bother us. All in all a nice place to stay.

Disappointed. We were not given rooms that were shown on the website. Rooms given had a smell of sewage. Hot water 10 min delay in delivery. Incorrectly advertised on the website, the rooms offered were well below advertised standard. Completely Inadequate for elderly people.

Mirage Kings Cottage has a great range of cottages. The view is beautiful and there is space for your morning walk. We are vegetarian and when we arrived at Sri Lanka, we did not find good vegetarian food. Mirage had a great vegetarian options (marked with green sticker) while also catering to the other guests. The Chief Chef (Mr.Janak Lal Jayawardane) is always available near the buffet table catering to the queries of many of the visitors like us. Overall the stay at Mirage was very memorable.

British styled cottage. Beautiful is an understatement. Awesome weather, scenic. Tallest place in Sri Lanka. Lake is nearby, Ashok Vatika, Sita Amman temple, botonical garden and city shopping is worth the visit to Srilanka. Do carry a light sweater. Try adding this city when you plan to visit Sri Lanka
