jetwings st. Andrews was the best hotel we stayed in throughout our trip. We have booked it for one day only but we realized that we should have stayed longer. The hospitality by the staff was very welcoming specially Mr. Umesh who was overseeing the buffet area. We had a good conversation with Mr. Umesh who further explained history about jetwings st. Andrews and srilanka. Truly it was very special for me and my wife. We cant wait to come back to srilanka and stay at jetwings st. Andrews. See you soon.

Not only beautiful from the outside but the inside gives tasteful old world charm and vibes. We were provided a cup of warm soup on arrival and staff wearing cardigans & grandpa hats… old world charm at its finest. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was exceptional, not only with options, but taste and presentation, it all felt very high level. The inside bar was just gorgeous, roaring fire and nice selection of drinks which were surprisingly cheaper than other hotels. Small surcharge but much less than previous hotels we have stayed in. The bed super comfy, no air con in rooms but this is not needed as your are in high country and the coolest part of Sri Lanka. An in room heater is supplied. Shower water pressure was brilliant and the room was excellently presented. No pool, but again not needed or necessary given the cooler climate. The grounds were stunning to walk around, very old English feels with topiary hedging and flowers galore. I would definitely go back to this hotel, and from our experience will base our future hotels stays within the jetwing brand. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in over 16 days and multiple hotels/locations in Sri Lanka. We were a party of six people over three rooms, this feedback of a positive experience is resounding of our breakfast conversations from all who stayed.

We had a great stay at the Jetwing St. Andrews. We were welcomed very warmly by Gowry, who created together with her team a very nice honeymoon experience for me and my wife. Starting with a nice surprise in our room and always helpful with any requests. Thank you for having us.

Amazing hospitality, yummy foods and attentive staff. We had a relaxing time. Beautiful weather and surroundings. The staff was very supportive and catered to all our requirements. We stayed for 2 nights, was a beautiful relaxing stay. Gardens were spectacular, many comfortable places to sit, relax and admire the views. Location ideal, short walk into town centre if you feel like exploring. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Special mention to Sahas, the younger bartender who was very attentive and kind. And also Gowry who never hesitated to meet our needs.

Accomodation is next level highly recommend when in Sri Lanka staff are very committed and very personal. Highly recommend this facility as its staff are superb and very friendly. The rooms are totally clean and spacious . Alen was amazing and had fantastic service from him at dinner.

This felt like home with the added touch of indulgence and luxury. The hotel is beautiful with stunning manicured lawns and gardens which just call out to be photographed. The reception areas all have real fireplaces which are lit in the evenings with burning logs to give that extra cozy feeling on the cooler evenings. The staff are all so welcoming and can’t do enough to make you feel relaxed and special. I would like to mention a few in particular who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed and they are Inoch, Gayan, Rusinu, Gahas and Shane in the bar area and Umesh, Malisha and Alen in the restaurant. I send you all a special thank you for your kind and considerate attention during our 2 night stay in the most beautiful room 301 which we were very grateful to have been assigned.
