OK, but not worth the price. The room is relatively small, especially the corner of the bed where it is easy to hit your legs. I hope it can be improved.

We had an amazing stay at Westbury Palace! The hotel had a lovely Bridgerton vibe, with its beautiful and elegant design. The view was outstanding, the pool was great, and the rooms were super cute and cozy. The staff, especially Silva, were so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The chef made delicious vegetarian food and yummy desserts, which we loved! This boutique hotel is perfect for a peaceful and charming getaway. Highly recommend it to everyone!

This boutique hotel has an amazing experience like vikotrian age. The meals are amazing with private chef and waiter everyone nice and all accommodations int eh hotel are amazing - very recommended when you are in nuwara eliya. Rooms are amazing a must experience like kings

Great place 120 years old history palace to enjoy with your family, privacy, nice staff( Gameni, Nihal and all the waitress and housekeeping), clean and tidy, good food; highly recommend to the others. To the owners, well done, keep up the good work.

Stayed for 1 night after visit to Tea plantation. Small hotel with 8 rooms. Very well kept gardens and very pleasant and helpful staff. Large room with four poster very comfortable bed. Lovely warm pool with beautiful views. Loads of well presented food and excellent service.

Love the whole bungalow almostphere, British ambience that have created . Rooms are very clean . Excellent service overall. They are highlight is the breakfast.Cozy environment. Beautiful garden. Good is amazing . Balcony with 360 view is iconic .

I had a very pleasant stay at Westbury during the Misty Season. The views in the morning with the mountains engulfed in Mist and the Dew that was set overnight was second to none. The most important aspect of this property is the personalized service that was provided by the staff. Whether it be late at night or early in the morning, the staff was always helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend anyone who's travelling either solo or with family to choose Westbury as it definitely provides value for every cent you spend.
