3-Star Hotels in Iskandar Puteri

We booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries. Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels. Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

Location is right opposite Legoland. Security officers are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of apartment is decent. One of the double beds mattress had already sink downward, a little awkward to sleep on but it’s ok just for 2 nights stay. Towels were given but no toothbrushes provided though. Pls bring your own toiletries.

Communication from team was crisp. Easy to collect keys from mailbox. Crockery in kitchen is very limited. Rooms need to be deep cleaned and maintained. There were so many spiders and ants in the room. Spring mattress average comforting. For 2nd day room service didn't come to clean the room. No water bottles supplied. Parking was provided in visitor parking, no direct access to lobby.

Everything was okay here, even if there is a problem, people will settle it quickly so don't worry, also the place is very secure, when I go I really look for a studio like this because it is easy to cook and prepare cooking utensils. Clean don't worry, there is netflix and behind the studio there is food/groceries and so on. For those who come here for the first time, if you want to buy groceries whose raw materials are very fresh, you can search ”THE MARKET” there, the fish/chicken is very fresh, just 2-3 steps from the studio! We stayed in the cinnamon roll theme unit and it was really good room! When we get the room was clean and organized. Everything is also provided: towels, toothbrush, washing machine, purified water, fridge. Its very spacious and aesthetic. Our kid loves the slide! (Actually also the adults! 🤣) The area was very quite and peaceful. If you want to relax and staycation only, i would suggest staying in this area. It’s also convenient as there are nearby restaurant and a mall. It’s also 10mins ride to Legoland! Will definitely go back here! 🤗

It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests.
