Place was super vibrant and clean! Not only were the warmers in the room really good during the winter, but the staff were awesomely friendly and helpful! Especially for a person travelling by myself, they were not only helpful, but had great knowledge of all the places around, even knew which were popular with who, onsen temperatures etc. Superb breakfast as well prepared every morning, till I had to extend my stay here!

A very distinctive B&B with a great location. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the town center and about ten minutes to walk to the ski hall. You can see the care of the folk owner in every corner of the building, and you can also see that this should be a building with a sense of age. The breakfast is delicious, and the old lady is also very kind. She enthusiastically gave me apples, which were also very delicious. Very cozy bed and breakfast, good environment, clean and spacious room, the improved dinner and breakfast are very good and special, dinner is a large set, it is really a good stay. The hotel also thoughtfully put the guest's name at the door of the room. It is also close to the bus station for convenient check-in with luggage. Will choose next time I go to Nozawaonsen.

The owner is very kind and made me have a great time in the Noze Hot Spring Ski Resort. I highly recommend that you choose this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

The room is very special. The location is in the center of the town. Near a very popular shop selling bean bags, the uncles and aunts of the hotel are very patient to help check in. They chose to bring dinner and breakfast packages. They are all delicious and very warm. The residence, thank you for the hospitality of the boss, thank you 🙏
