The scenery is superb. It was already at night, and I was going to climb the mountain the next day, so I didn’t see the hotel during the day. But the hotel at night is very beautiful! Unfortunately, the sanitation is generally the same, the facilities are very old, and the airport is coming for three hours.

Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

If you like modernity in a hotel, the Tugu is not for you. On the other hand, if you like the charm of old Indonesian furniture, the atypicality of the bathrooms open to the outside, very comfortable bedding, gardens magnificent, sublime swimming pools, a superb beach, this hotel is made for you. The icing on the cake is an incredibly kind staff, a smile always present and daily attentions like pretty bouquets of flowers, fresh fruit put out every day in the room and the delicious free snack every day at 4 p.m. We spent 8 wonderful days in this magical place. A big thank you to all the staff.

To accompany his wife to the Longmu test diving certificate, the coach asked to live in the resort where the dive shop is located. From this logical point of view, it was forced to choose at first. From the airport to the resort road is very far, the road is not good, but after the arrival of their enthusiasm and service impressed, take the initiative to send a wreath to wear our neck, give a welcome drink - iced juice, instantly improved the good feeling, then the room is amazing Oh, villa with pool! ! The area is also very large, and there is a feeling of honeymoon here. Then I am more happy - the hotel is invincible, private beach, seaside pool, sea swing, romantic candlelight dinner under the mango tree every night, don't mention how romantic. Then the staff was extremely enthusiastic, and the tip was not even collected, which is rare in the Philippines. The last thing that needs to be spit is the high level of catering and other consumption, because there is an additional 21% service charge and tax, a coconut RMB30, Coke Sprite 35, and a single package of two people each about 140-160. Right: Recommend this resort's dive shop, the owner is French, passionate, senior diving instructor, another coach is Singaporean, people are very good, very enthusiastic.

We stayed Jan29–Feb2 2024 and had the most wonderful time. The lodge is everything all the good reviews say but we were still surprised by the quality of the lovely grounds, beautiful room, meticulous attention given to every detail by the warm and extremely attentive manager and staff, and the added extras that are just included (because most places would nickel and dime for a lot of what LL just throws in to make you feel welcome and comfortable). The most obvious example is the food. A gorgeous breakfast and dinner is included in the nightly rate. The owners Bill and Anya (restaurant owners from Belgium, go figure), and Chef Jiwa and his team have created breakfast and dinner experiences that truly became the sun around which each of our vacation days orbited - that sounds hyperbolic, but it’s actually completely true in our case! We also had an unforgettable and delicious sate lunch during our beach day at Gili Meno, and along with the chef had a team of really fun staff there with us to fulfill our every wish and need :) We went for a hike one morning with a great hiking guide (taking us up a ridge with spectacular views - one we could not have explored on our own - and through a Buddhist village, and more - thank you Edy!) and I had an absolutely glorious massage the last afternoon. If we’d stayed one more day I would have asked for another. The weather was perfect - like most tropical forecasts, what looked sort of rainy initially turned into sun and scattered clouds :) In our short time there we were utterly spoiled in the best way, received a generosity of experiences far above and beyond our expectations, and have nothing but good things to say about the oasis that is Lombok Lodge. Go! You will not be disappointed!! (And definitely do the LL shuttle from the airport - get into that Lombok Lodge happy bubble the moment you step on island!)
