Totally inadvisable hotel for several reasons. Maintenance has been neglected for a long time and both the cabins and the rest of the facilities are decaying. Very poor cleaning, we had to request additional cleaning in the bathroom before occupying the rooms, with an angry response from the staff. It does not have air conditioning. The sockets are old and in a state that is beginning to be dangerous. The location is uncomfortable, far from any center of activity, which implies staying **** at the hotel, but this does not invite it due to its decadent state. In the photographs there is a pool next to the beach with a pool bar. When reality is seen, it is verified that the pool is not cared for and the bar has not been used for years. The palm trees by the pool, which could be a nice environmental detail, are not maintained and the branches fall off. I literally got hit by a palm branch falling on me while I was on a lounge chair by the pool. The staff is clearly understaffed and unmotivated. They consult everything by phone with a distant boss who decides without being present. The management of the reservations is carried out through images exchanged with him by WhatsApp. In our case they had not received one of our reservations and they wanted us to pay it again. As positive points, a beautiful and almost wild beach and food of acceptable quality.

We were a group of 12 and I cannot talk highly enough about this accommodation. We had to change our dates and the management were very accommodating in sorting it out for us. The facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly. The restaurant has great meals, and it is lovely sitting by the pool enjoying the views. The surrounding community is so welcoming and friendly. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer, but we will be back :)

A good resort is all about location and service . The location is on the beach and the view is extraordinary The staff is extremely friendly. From the resort you can reach everything on lombok you want but most of the time you will need transport. The staff arranges everything for you ( scooter, taxi, boat) . We stayed for 11 nights in de beachfront bungalow and enjoyed it a lot. The sea is only 20 meters away and the swimming pool 10 meters. Breakfast is simple but ok and the menu is good. At walking distance we found several very good local restaurants . The prices of the bungalows are reasonable. Its not the cheapest place to stay but on the other hand you will get a beautiful spot with nice service. We didn't miss the airco. The fans and nets did their work. There are a few things to improve. Please make it possible to pay by creditcard. I had to go 7 times to the atm and it cost me 35 euro only to withdraw enough cash. A water boiler and a little fridge , at least in the more expensive rooms would be nice .

The resort: so charming! Small, so it’s just a few steps away from the pool (just cold enough to be refreshing!) , the beach or the restaurant. The restaurant: the cook is amazing! Go for local specialties, poke bowl or freshly caught fish. Drinks are also on point! The room/villa: I had the red one, which is the ocean view bungalow. No AC, but you can ask for a second fan if you’re too hot. The mosquitoes are out only if it rained, but I only saw one or 2 in the 4 days I was there. Everything you need is in there. You can nap with the sound of the waves… Things to do: there’s a lot to do and you can ask reception but I did a day trip to the Gili islands with Ary, we went snorkelling (amazing!) and saw lots of turtles. Ary is great company! The staff is great and you feel welcome. Would definitely go back!

So my girlfriend and I went on the Rinjani mountain. A four day hike that really brought us to our limits. We were physically done, we just wanted to get back to Bali and relax forever. But we still needed a place to stay to get our boat the next day. On the way to the harbor town Bengsal, we stumbled upon the Rinjani Beach Eco. Fitting with the name, close to the harbor and with nice pictures we decided to book one night to go on the next morning. But what can I say... This is one of the nicest places I have been in so far. Not only because it is just a nice and small little Resort with about 6 or 7 Bamboo bungalows directly at the beach, but especially everybody who worked the or managed the place was extremely nice and friendly. It felt so right, that we stayed another night and postponed our boat ride. And on top Jerry, the manager if the resort, helped us with every little step for that. Talked to the boat company, Organized a ride for us and even gave me a scooter ride to the ATM and the pharmacy, because I needed some painkillers after the long Rinjani hike. So to make it short... If you go there, you will feel like family, and you will think that you arrived in paradise. Hopefully I will be back in the region, because I would go stay there again for sure.

A truly special little resort with a great team. My most memorable days in Indonesia were spent here. I was lucky enough to stay in a bungalow with an unobstructed view of the sea. As I was the only person there on my first day, I effectively had my own private beach... The resort is perfectly positioned to explore the nearby Gili Islands and the north coast. It's clear that the pandemic and 2018 earthquake have taken the wind out of Lombok's tourism industry sails, but I'm sure the island and this resort will regain their popularity very soon. I advise you to get over there and seek this resort out quickly, before it becomes the next Bali!

Last July we stayed with our family for 3 nights at Rinjani for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very cordial and caring. We slept in the backpackers bamboo huts which were simple but gave us the feeling of being in Indonesia. The massages at the beach are highly recommended and the sunset is also beautiful. It was also possible to arrange day trips via Rinjani (Iskandar Lombok Driver), which we also did for a number of days during our stay. The guide was very friendly and drove safely (in addition, everything was possible, very flexible). Both are highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore Lombok!

Great hotel! Beautiful bamboo bungalows, very well maintained, great food, good and friendly service. Pool and above all the sea right outside the door. Sea with black volcanic sand :) Highly recommended 😁 It was very cheap to get there from the ferry by taxi.

Excellent stay at Rinjani Beach Eco Resort. Top staff, very helpful and attentive. Delicious restaurant: excellent value for money, very good dishes and the cook prepares them on request, nothing is prepared in advance so everything is fresh. Little crush on pizzas! Very functional bungalow. We had the one on the beach, sea view with our feet in the water. Private beach where you can snorkel. The resort offers different services (scooter rental, canoe, etc.). The massages by the beach are worth it. We strongly recommend the snorkeling day with Ary who will pick you up with his boat in front of your bungalow and take you snorkeling for a whole day around the Gili Islands and not just in the tourist areas. You are alone with him on the boat. It's awesome ! Very calm and peaceful place far from all the hustle and bustle, it feels good! In short, go there with your eyes closed, you will have an excellent, very rejuvenating stay!
