We were supposed to go to Kansas city and had booked a hotel on the same day, but it suddenly snowed heavily on the road and our car got stuck in the snow and couldn't get out. We were trapped for several hours and couldn't reach Kansas city at night. I called the hotel and they refused to cancel my reservation. It's understandable because it was a same-day cancellation, but when I called the hotel to confirm, their tone was very bad. They said that "our car was stuck in the snow" was an excuse and they hung up the phone directly. Their service attitude was extremely bad, and I ended up losing more than 500 RMB. Bad review.
