we stayed for 3 days on a business trip, but we found that the elevator was so crowded that we had to wait quite a long time. the food and breakfast service seems ordinary. but the staff serves guests very well

I randomly check hotels around gading through a famous hotel and travel application. Santika, is a hidden gem. Service wise its more than you expect... i found that the service level almost the same like hyatt or mulia. What a pleasant stay. If youre a VVIP and need all the extra arrangement please come and see Mayang. She's incharge of Guest relation at Santika Gading and will make sure you havr a pleasant stay. Nevertheless, i highly recommend Santika Kepala gading for fellow businessman that wants a quiet sanctuary with 5 stars service. Here you can be like Sinatra. The ambience, the music, the vibes really catches my attention. All in all, highly recommended.

I am from pt. I seeing stay at Hariston hotel. I think I am this hotel I recommend. When I have breakfast at Delima restaurant I was welcomed open Wulan and then I was served good dental open Novi, Febi and Helmi. The other staff are also very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Hariston hotel.
