This bothers me because there is a formal front desk that handles guest needs and questions. What's more serious is that when checking in, you are required to submit your ID card or passport to the manager through your mobile phone, which involves personal privacy issues. This kind of private information should be handled by the hotel's official front desk and should not be submitted via mobile phone. In addition, there are a series of hygiene issues in the room. It was found that there was a water leak in the room, there were stains on the sheets, the sheets and duvet covers smelled musty, and there was no hot water supply. The slippers were obviously recycled and very unclean. We have reported this series of problems to C-trip and hope the hotel can solve them as soon as possible. However, I was sorry to learn that the hotel refused to check out early and issue a refund. I am very disappointed with this attitude and think it is a disregard for the rights of guests. Due to the combined impact of these problems, I had to check out early on my own and make another reservation at another hotel.
