Had a pleasant stay here. Amenities were great, place is beautiful and clean. However, they don’t provide early luggage drop offs/luggage storage which is really troublesome. Hope they’ll improve on this. Another thing is the shower door no matter how shut it is there will always be some water going outside to the floor of toiletseat/sink. This made things a little icky because i prefer dry toilet. Other than that, wonderful!would stay here again

Location is the only good thing about this booking. on top of the booking fees, a deposit of 500k IDR has to be paid upfront to the agents, and that deposit won't be returned to you fully if you "stained" their towel or the sheets (in our case it was a small bloodstain on their towel, which can be easily removed). The agents were also highly unprofessional. You have to contact them a day prior to your booking to check in, and there is no guarantee that the agents even reply, and they only sent their terms and services days into our booking. Their terms and services also mentioned the deposit to be returned max 2 working days after checkout, which is a complete lie. They won't even bother if you don't contact them about it. Rooms are "cleaned" daily, but we still found roaches crawling around the bathroom. Rooms felt a bit musty at times, and the showers would leak water out all over the bathroom.

Such a hassle as till today my deposit was not refunded. As promised within two working days after check out which was on 9 Jan 24. Totally regret and disappointed. Rather book a hotel in a first place. We just stayed for a night due to our transit.

It's not hotel management. We can't check in without confirm to the owner room. We wait almost 1 hours for the key.. They are rude,reprimand for not telling the arrival time.they dont want answer the phone,we call them for many times and they just said can't talk just chat only.so how can we wait without certainty..they tell us to deposit and will be back after check out but they dont,we ask them for the deposit,and they give back after 2 days This is full of sh*t
