Less than a mile walk to the village's restaurants and shops, yet nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Furry friends are of course welcomed! This chalet has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 10 guests. 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 twin/full bunk bedroom (sleeps 4), and a pullout couch in the main living space. Kitchen, dining and living area are open and spacious. 1 3/4 Baths. The lower level also has an additional living space with another couch, Pac-Man machine, and tv for entertainment. Great house for families and friends! ***** Accommodations Summary: Sleeps 10 ** Main Floor King Bedroom: Sleeps 2 ** Lower Level Queen Bedroom: Sleeps 2 ** Lower Level Twin/Full Bunk Bedroom: Sleeps 4-6 ** Main Floor Pull Out Couch: Sleeps 2-3 __________ Our outdoor furniture and fire pit are available weather dependent- typically late spring to early fall. Our home is at the base of a small decline between a set of trees, so please enter with caution at night when it is dark. All wheel drive is ideal in the winter months. A camera can be found at the entrance facing the driveway, as well as the outdoor grill/deck area. These are all used for security purposes only. Amenities: -This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies! -The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens. -Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times. Cleaning Fee Our cleaning fee helps cover the basics—fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a sparkling home for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care, as the fee doesn’t cover heavily stained linens, excessive messes, or damages. Extra charges may apply in those rare cases. Pet Fee We love welcoming dogs into our home! The pet fee allows your pup to join your stay comfortably. To keep the home fresh for all guests, we ask that pets stay off beds and furniture as much as possible. Great house, great location Definitely met our expectations! Thanks for a great stay!! Pat and Kaleen were very responsive owners. The house was clean and cozy with tons of cute details. Plenty of space for our group with 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. So easy to get over to Cranmore for skiing. Kids loved the pac man game. And plenty of other board games to keep them entertained.

Great location We had a wonderful stay at the Chalet. It was well stocked and had plenty of room for our group. The location was perfect, actually walked into town daily. The communication with the owners was spot on.

MLK weekend My family and I stayed in this property and were very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and loved the close proximity to Cranmore Mt and the downtown. We will definitely consider this property for a future stay.

Fantastic North Conway Hideaway Super charming, comfortable, and clean. Ideally located only minutes from the village (and Mt Cranmore), this rental was perfect for our annual girls weekend. It included many convenient amenities, as well as thoughtful (personal) touches that were a pleasant surprise and made our stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Absolutely would recommend and definitely plan to stay again.

Mum’s 80th Birthday I’m so glad that I decided on this property. My communication with the owners from the very beginning was nothing but positive. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect. It was also so well stocked with all the necessities for a perfect stay. The owners think of everything. So beautifully decorated for the Fall. I can’t even imagine how it looks for Christmas . Please don’t hesitate to book this chalet. We will definitely be back again !!!
