I stayed here quite a while ago, but I stayed a few times. It is an exceptional deal, so I don’t understand why some people are complaining about the lack of luxury items or small bathrooms. The descriptions on the websites are clear and pictures are posted, so I blame poor reviews on the customers lack of understanding. I can’t remember the ladies name but there was a woman that checked me in and checked me out. I’m originally from the south and relocated to New England; I hadn’t met anyone nice like her in years. She treats you like you’re a nephew/niece coming to stay the weekend. The only other feedback I’d like to leave about the staff is that I’ve read some of their negative reviews on other websites like hotels.com and the manager or whoever writes the replies could use a gentle touch with their customer service instead of telling people to go stay somewhere else for twice the price (we are all thinking it, so they aren’t wrong, but it’s the customers that don’t like your place you really need to win over, not the ones leaving positive reviews). The room is decent size, but the bathroom was pretty small. Like I said, read the descriptions on the websites. I have no complaints about it because I knew what I was getting, and paid only around $50 a night. It was nice staying here instead of the Marriott or some other major chain, and will gladly come again because of the welcoming feel, the price, and the amazing front desk lady. Thank you for a great and affordable stay so I could visit my family in NH for the weekend!!

If I could rate this hotel with out giving any stars I would! To start soon check in the hotel seemed very dingy walking in compared to the pictures after checking in to our room which was a king jacuzzi room we looked around to find complete filth nail polish on the jacuzzi dirt around the floor tissue shoved in a hole in the bathroom stains on the blankets rot in the bathroom urine around the toilet nasty dirt in the hall lamp and lastly MOLD in the closet! After arguing with the owner who agreed to refund me and place me in a different room he then changed his mind and started calling hotels that looked even worse at this point I’m extremely upset so I said forget it it’s my anniversary u have already taking $200 for one night for a dump I’ll stay it was getting late and my last night on vacation (I had been staying in a beautiful hotel before this but they where booked or I would have stayed ) so I left went to dinner came back went in the room walked back out to get my stuff to come back in and I’m locked out ... I had just been in the room not even two minutes before. The owner came running down the hall saying he blocked the room because he didn’t know if we where staying after I had said I was and to forget it and I would follow up with the board of health I was offered a ten percent discount that he ended up bumping up to a 25 percent discount off the room so I was still upset but I was over it all my night that was so supposed to be special was ruined and wasted arguing over a hotel owners negligence to cleanliness and customer service . After all the arguing I wanted to relax with a nice dip in the pool probably the nicest thing about the hotel other than the lady at the front desk however I did find it a little disturbing that there was no lock on the pool door it was a regular house knob that any kid could just open! The walls where paper thin and I was woken up at 6 am to the owner screaming to his wife outside my room door I will not be returning and think others should consider staying else where!

Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

Welcoming, friendly, lots of smiles from the staff. The room is great. It;s clean and everything works. At breakfast - Barb is great. We are retired and travel a great deal. We try to stop at Hampton Inns because they are consistently good. This property sets the standard for all Hampton Inns - and for all mid range family motels. Great job!
Residence Inn North Conway

We have been to North Conway many times over the years. This was our first stay here at the Residence Inn Marriott. I have Celiac disease, so I have to very careful not to consume gluten. Usually, the breakfast buffets at these hotels are not safe for me to eat or don't offer too many GF options. I asked Kristen about GF options and she could not have been more helpful. She provided the ingredient labels from the items I was interested in. They even have Udi's GF bagels and blueberry muffins that are individually packaged. The best part was they brought out a dedicated GF toaster that they keep in the back! What a great experience thanks to Kristen for taking the time to explain all the GF options they have to offer. We will definitely be back here!

Cranmore Mountain Lodge Bed & Breakfast

We very much enjoyed our time at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge. Can’t exaggerate the positive description. It was comfortable, clean, and charming. What gave it that extra special flavor was the beautiful presence of the hosts who responded immediately to every request or whim. Would strongly endorse this place as a perfect place to stay while visiting the White Mountains.

The rooms are spacious, the transportation is convenient, and the parking spaces are sufficient. There are many restaurants next to the main road and the hotel's breakfast is not bad.
