Awesome experience

Very good, both in terms of hygiene and environment, and convenient for traveling around

First of all, it was clean and the staff was friendly. And the breakfast wasn't bad either. The swimming pool was also well run. Luggage was also comfortable.

One is tasteful and the other is noisy, and I haven't slept well for two days

The hotel is located near Boston. In downtown Boston, hotels are very expensive, but I was very satisfied with clean facilities at a relatively low price. In particular, it was nice to be able to eat fresh food as blueberries and strawberries were served for breakfast.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Boston Walpole for my wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was clean and everything went smoothly. I would recommend working with them for your wedding needs to just a stay when you're in town.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn Walpole and we were so pleasantly surprised by how hospitable the staff was, how clean the rooms and spaces were, and how comfy of a hotel room we had. We would be remiss not to shout out a true, stand-out staff member, Ann at the front desk, for taking her job so seriously and going above and beyond to get us checked in early, for sewing a button on a tux in a pinch, for resolving a mistaken credit card charge in a timely manner, and for always welcoming us with a smile. The hotel was across the street from a fire BBQ spot (Clydes), and getting an uber was no problem. Again, thank you Ann for all of the top-notch service and for the entire staff for making it such a warm stay for us that weekend.

Ann at the front desk is the best employee at front desk! This hotel is the best! The service is exceptional. I am always so happy with the service and price. The breakfast is also amazing. They also offer free breakfast. Parking is also free. Very close to the highway. Best hotel in Walpole.

The Walpole Fairfield Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was nicely appointed, very clean and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The reservation team and front desk staff were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful customer service. We had to cancel at the last minute when our son was injured. They agreed to waive the cancellation fee. It's nice to see a place that puts human kindness above maximizing profit. It shows good management. Will definitely stay there next time we're in the area.

We stayed here as it was close to our venue for our reception. The staff here were exceptional! We came in the door needing refrigeration access to store additional special desserts for the reception and they easily accommodated our request to manage securely for us through the stay. Everyone was super friendly and hotel space was as expected.Its been awhile since I have experienced very good service and this is the reason I gave 5 stars!

Our daughter got married Thanksgiving weekend in Walpole and we partnered with this hotel for wedding guests. It is in a great location if you need to grab something to eat, or need last-minute items from any type of store. It is close to Patriot Place which makes for an easy drive or reasonable Uber pick-up/drop-off. Though we did not stay at this hotel, we did drop off welcome bags for our guests and were impressed with the lobby, and the staff was extremely helpful in creating a smooth experience. Beth Wallace from Sales was exceptional in ensuring that every detail was communicated so that we could make sure guests had proper booking links and requisite booking deadlines for the busy holiday week. We are long-time Marriott customers, and this location met every expectation that Marriott has always provided. Gretchen B.

The hotel block for our wedding was great! I spoke with Beth often, and she always went above and beyond to help with whatever questions we had. Our room block was able to accommodate almost 70 rooms, making it a great spot to have all of our nearest and dearest close to us. The rooms were clean, and all front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone was genuinely interested in making sure we had a seamless experience for our wedding!

The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need , ensuring that my stay and my friends stay were as comfortable as possible. I had a wonderful experience and i would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and Family.
