Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

The lobby is nicely decorated and cosy, and reception team is helpful.  The shared open car park lots with the retail shops should be no charge.  Overall, convenient, clean and pleasant hotel stay.

The price is reasonable, the environment is very good, the room is clean

The facility was nice. I just think they should fix the luggage cart for a nicer one . The place was percentable. Staff was not well coordinated. and in the shower light paint was coming off the ceiling. Pool & Gym was nice . Breakfast lady's were very nice and receptionist.

Carpet in elevator is dirty, front desk associates are very nice.

The hotel is quiet and nice, and the breakfast is pretty good. It is suitable for business trips. The hotel staff can also help answer questions enthusiastically. The coffee is also very fragrant. The whole environment is very suitable for living.

The car was scratched, malicious

The hotel is located more than 30 kilometers south of downtown Boston, driving to major attractions within half an hour, free parking and plenty of parking. Breakfast is not included, but the on-site restaurant can order all day, and there is a Starbucks on the first floor. There is no problem eating. The hotel has a beautiful environment and a beautiful garden outside the window, which is great!

In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby.
