The first floor is being renovated, it's dirty, the service is not good, people can't see it, and it's not cheap.

The hallway smells like animal urine….room door stuck. It made so much noise because it was dragging on the threshold. I reported all these issues the first day of checking in, but nothing was done about it

Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio and the room was old...furniture was peeling, the sofa bed mattress had no linen on it...You could see stains on the mattress...Although when i requested clean linen it was provided...There was no cooking pots or pans...It really looks like no one stocked up the room prior to check...very much disappointed

Unfortunately, hotel is not well maintained. Odors and dirty carpets, stained lamp shades, poor lighting in rooms. Parking lot littered with trash.
I likded the idea of having a kitchen, but we wont stay here again. The first room they gave us was dirty and smelled horrible. We had to go request another room. Our bathroom was clean, but the carpet and floors were dirty. Curtains falling apart, dirty, and lamp shades dirty, stained.

No water in the kitchen area, bathroom door moulding was cracked & not properly nailed to door, no tv remote.
