The hotel is located near Boston. In downtown Boston, hotels are very expensive, but I was very satisfied with clean facilities at a relatively low price. In particular, it was nice to be able to eat fresh food as blueberries and strawberries were served for breakfast.

In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby.

The room is more general, basically the feeling of Samsung. The hotel has a free washing machine dryer, which is more convenient. Breakfast is really simple, just egg bread. The hotel is only 5 years old and very comfortable. However, the nearest supermarket is also about 10 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket. Location was excellent, very quiet area. The only inconvenience was: -On 4th night, bathroom ceiling was leaking water and we had to be moved to another room. -Had to call guest services to request new fresh towels and other items since housekeeping does not check rooms every day. - There is no hot breakfast. Just a few ”to-go items”. -Hardly any cold water in shower.
