We kregen netjes een SMS bericht dat de receptie bemand was tussen 11u en 14u we stonden 13.30u voor de deur en deze ging niet open. We zagen een dame achter de balie en we hoorden haar ook praten met een collega maar kloppen en roepen hielp niet. Duurde een paar minuten en toen werden we eindelijk opgemerkt. Eerste indruk van de kamer was prima, schoon en redelijk ruim maar geen sfeervolle kamer. Bedden zijn heel hard, we hebben niet lekker geslapen. Ontbijt was opzich prima, lekkere verse producten maar wat ons opviel is dat, ondanks de huidige Covid19 maatregelen, de tafels na gebruik niet werden afgenomen. We hebben 3 keer ontbeten en alle keren werden de bordjes etc afgeruimd en nieuwe placemat neergelegd maar geen sopdoekje of iets dergelijks over de tafel. De 1e ochtend was het toiletpapier bijgevuld etc maar het lege zeeppompje niet. 2e ochtend kwamen we terug van ontbijt en toen werd er gevraagd of we nog handdoeken nodig hadden. Deze werden aan ons gegeven op de gang en er werd verder geen zeep of toiletpapier bijgevuld. Dit is achteraf bij navraag wel gedaan maar de vieze handdoeken waren dan weer niet meegenomen. Ik vond niet dat het personeel er iets aan deed om je welkom te voelen. Ik vind dat dat begint bij de receptie, ze zijn daar alleen met elkaar aan het kletsen waardoor je niet opgemerkt wordt als je iets wil vragen. Als je binnenkomt lopen wordt er niet goedendag gezegd, op 1 jong meisje na. Bij het uitchecken wordt er ook niet gevraagd of alles naar wens is geweest. Er stond een heer naast bij het uitchecken die volgens mij de eigenaar was maar hij vroeg het ook niet. Al met al, de locatie is prima, je loopt zo het stadje in. De kamers zijn schoon maar door de functionele uitstraling niet sfeervol. En het personeel is aardig maar niet hartelijk. Voor een zakelijk bezoek misschien prima maar wij vonden dat jammer.
