The Lookout Resort Noosa

Quiet, and peaceful away from the crowds perched on a hill, spacious living area, very comfortable beds. 5 minute walk with lots of stairs through the forest to Hastings St. Worth the extra to have beautiful ocean views. Easy walk to local supermarket.

Great location. Beautiful views. Pool clean and hot tub nice to hang out in. Safe underground parking. Reason it got a 4 was the main office was not open weekends to get pool towels. There should be two in the room on arrival. Comfy bed and pillows. Things a bit worn - pots and pans. Crumbs in the cupboards from the toaster . Definitely not a deal breaker but something you notice.

After years of renting in Hastings St., we got tired of the noise and the maddening crowds. We decided to try somewhere more peaceful, while still being within walking distance of Hastings St. We were lucky to rent unit 15 at the Lookout Resort Noosa, attracted by its perched position on top of a small hill, and its stepped path to the beach in the tropical forest. What a find! The complex is beautifully manicured with peaceful gardens and a lovely pool. Above all it is quiet, with likely-minded neighbors who value and respect the silence and serenity that we so much look for on holidays. Unit 15 is huge and has gorgeous wrap-aroud views of the northern section of Main beach, the Noosa river, the hinterland mountains and the tree tops of majestic auracarias. Because we came with our three children, we rented the full apartment, with all three bedrooms available to us. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with large showers and laundry. We all loved the large main balcony (comfortably seats 6 for dinner al fresco) and huge living-area. We also appreciated having a second balcony to dry bathing suits and beach towels. The two parking spots proved useful when we had visitors and street parking was not available. Thank you to the lovely managers Chris and Matthew who helped us with the booking! We finally have found the Noosa apartment of our dreams and have booked it again for this year.

Excellent location, views of river and ocean from higher up apartments. Loved the pool area and fact the resort was quiet and peaceful. Our apartment was beautifully decorated but not as clean as we would have liked. It really needed a thorough deep clean especially the sofas.

We loved this hidden gem tucked away up the hill with knock-out beach views. Only a short walk to Hastings Street via a path full of wildlife. The staff were easy to deal with and the pool/spa area was great. Spacious apartment with views from every window. The photos don't do it justice.

Ideally located, immaculately kept resort in central Noosa. I particularly appreciated the serene ocean views from my balcony. Could not recommend more highly and will be back. Thank you Chris and Matthew.
