Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in July 2024 for 9 nights with my family. We paid for an upgraded superior room, which are advertised as 4 star on the signage. We did not have a superior room. We had the exact room advertised on the website currently, as the standard room on the website. I questioned this while there and was advised that isn’t possible as the standard rooms are 30 years old with nothing done to them. I explained my room is the same as the standard website room, my room is the one advertised it is exactly the same, the bedroom is the one I am in, not the superior rooms. I also told them my room was covered in black mould in all the curtains heavily. The cupboard was rotting in the kids room and the ensuite rusted. The location is magic, the kids loved the pool, having an apartment was great but is disappointing that they deceive customers paying for a superior room and they are not provided with what they book. Or reimbursed the difference when placed in a standard room. No room should have black mould on the curtains heavily, or stains on all beds, linen and lounge. Beware. Don’t pay the extra if you choose to stay here, it makes no difference, and be prepared for mould and dirty furnishings. I’ve provided feedback again to the resort with no response. They don’t care.
Tingirana has been our Noosa Heads holiday destination for many years. Situated in the well-known Hastings Street with an Infinity pool overlooking the beach what more could you want? The studio rooms are well suited for a couple with a basic kitchen and cooking facilities plus a separate bathroom. The bonus is good storage and an in-room safe. The continental breakfast -Juice, Fresh fruit Salad/Granola/Yoghurt along with a selection of Pastries be eaten in the downstairs lounge or taken back to your room. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly ( thanks Charlotte and Charlotte) and facilities are well maintained, clean and inviting. Can’t wait to return again next year!
We booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 adults 7 months in advance. When booking on the Accor website (as members) we asked for “a nice room (with a good view if possible) that is not on the ground floor”. When we arrived we were given apartment 127 (the lowest floor possible) in the South Wing. The apartment was very old and in obvious need of renovation. It resembled a room in a very bad motel and was not what we had seen on the Accor website. It was also inadequate for 3 adults, as we could hardly move in the apartment and the sofa bed wasn’t even made up. The entire South Wing seemed to be deserted, so we wondered why we didn’t get a higher floor if there were vacancies. Our first reaction was to run and forfeit the $1,365 we prepaid, but instead we decided to complain at the reception. A different receptionist was very helpful and he moved us to a 2 bedroom poolside apartment (202) on the second floor in the North Wing. The apartment was spacious, renovated, modern and elegant and we did enjoy our stay there. Our review would have been 5 stars, if we hadn't seen the apartment 127. But we did see it and we had to face the idea that it was going to be our home for 3 nights. The problem at this hotel is inconsistency. What if we had not been moved to a better apartment? I complained to the hotel management and got this reply: “Thank you for your post-stay feedback. I am sincerely sorry for your bad experience at our hotel. Our rooms are privately owned; therefore, it is the owners' that decide the refurbishing in each room. However, as you are an Accor member, I deeply apologize that the first room was not up to your standard. Accor members should always have priority to our nicer rooms and special requests. If you decide to stay with us again, we can assure you will be put in a nice, well-maintained room with a pleasant stay. We will make special note of your requests, and this will not happen again.”

I cannot fault this place! - Spectacular apartment with everything you need. Clean and spacious! - Happy and Friendly staff - Shuttle makes getting around so convenient - Pools are fantastic, great for any age! - We loved the buffet brekky every morning A few highlights for a toddler mum: - The cot was exceptional, so soft! - A couple of times I caught the shuttle with just myself and my daughter and the staff were super helpful, carrying the pram off and on. And giving my daughter lots of attention making it such a happy experience for her. I could actually go on and on! Everything is well maintained and it feels like the staff take a lot of pride in the resort. We cannot wait to go back!
This was our second Christmas stay, and the beautiful unit we stay in is fondly referred to as our second home. The front desk staff are always delightful and eager to assist, and the 2 bedroom apartment is flawless and perfectly equipped. The apartment looks like something from a house and garden magazine - attention to detail and spotlessly clean. The gardens are gorgeous, and the balcony outlook is serene. Bedding is comfy although some of us complained about the pillows; I had no issue 😁 Our family loves it here. We aren’t golfers, but we love the nearby restaurants and beaches, and this resort is ideal for us with its undercover parking and on site restaurant and cafe (morning coffees are always superb). The pool is shared by the resort’s gym members and can sometimes be busy, so we always try to time our swims at the end of the day/early evening for some peace and quiet away from kids. The water is warm and the sun divine in the early evening. Watch out for the baby frogs, and enjoy the sounds of crickets at night. Fly screens, aircon, quiet ceiling fans ensure a comfortable sleep. We often slept with windows open and fan on which was sufficient in summer. We love it here. Can’t wait to return later in 2025 via our pre-booking.
Great apartment and easy to access. Car parking , swimming pool. The great communication from owner. The apartment had everything you need to make it comfortable. The Noosa restaurants cafe etc are just minutes away by foot and there is plenty of great food experiences close by.

We were meant to come and stay at Maison Beach Front in Noosa towards the end of February. My husband had a fall and broke his hip one week before we were meant to go. This trip was fully paid through Luxury Escapes. I rang Luxury Escapes to advise them that we now cannot go to Noosa so they contacted Maison. Maison said they needed proof which is totally understandable. I emailed all the necessary information to Luxury Escapes which they forwarded to Maison. Maison came back the day before we were meant to go there with NO we will not refund your money. We have a no cancellation policy. So why did they want to see all the hospital forms then? I then said it’s not that we have changed our mind it’s the fact that my husband cannot travel they didn’t show one bit of compassion. I asked if we could use our money later on to come back there and they said NO we don’t change our dates. It’s not in our policy. They told me to get someone else to come and stay. Well seeing we were told this the day before we were meant to arrive there I had little to nil chance of getting someone due to the fact we live in Sydney. So that money just went down the drain. Just wanted to say ‘thank you Maison staff’ for having such compassion for us with what happened to my husband. I was also told that every place in Noosa all have the same policy as in no refund if you cancel. Well after Maison we were going to River Front Retreat Apartments to stay for 10 days and yes because they were such lovely compassionate people they gave us a full refund and did not ask to see any documentation about what happened to my husband just to say to us how sorry they were and they look forward to seeing us another time. We look forward to going there when we can and never going or recommending Maison Beach Front on Noosa Beach.

Ddnh2014We used this Retreat in Noosaville for a reunion. It was our 45th Year Reunion for a Pennworld Overland bus trip (Kathmandu to London in 1979) . What a great place ...Superb Rooms and Amenities and the couple running the place went above and beyond with all that we required . The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and super clean. Pride was on display at all times. A credit to you both. Easy walk into Noosaville itself with a couple of grocery stores nearby and many eating establishments a short walk away. Very Central to all that is on offer in Noosaville. This was the best place we have ever used for our Reunions (This was The 4th One) and if anybody is looking for a place for a get togther for Family / Reunion ect. this is the place !
GGuest UserWe had a week here, as far as i know it was a one bed deluxe unit. I say as far as i know because that's what we booked through a third party but the decor didn't match the photos on the Rimini website for deluxe rooms, but I assume they are individually decorated anyway. In any case, the apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable, the bed was great, the apartment was quiet (important for us as light sleepers) and we liked the location. Convenient parking downstairs was appreciated. We were there partly over Easter and it was also easy to catch the free bus into the centre and back (worth while in a busy holiday period as parking in town looked to be a nightmare - earlier in the week before the hordes arrived, parking hadn't been an issue at all).
GGuest UserSurprised that reception is closed at 12noon!
However self key collection is quite easy.
Room is very spacious but floor is very dusty. Toilet n kitchen are clean. Kitchen is well equipped!
We need to clear our rubbish bin when check out in order not to incur additional fee. This I'm v puzzled.
GGuest UserWow what an awesome place! Very clean, well maintained, lots of space, free breakfast til 9am, free shuttle bus, pool, I shared in a female room of 6, loved that there was curtains around the bunks for privacy. This was one of the friendliest places I’ve stayed, the tourists I met were happy and friendly. Would definitely come back again!!!
GGuest UserAlthough the weather is not beautiful, the layout of the room is still amazing. The island style is so beautiful! In particular, there are two large heated swimming pools at the door, which is great
AAllyjf123The first thing about this place is that the location is amazing, just across the road from the beach & minutes away from great cafes & eateries. When checking in & checking out the staff were so incredibly friendly & helpful, some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across. If you are staying on a higher level please be aware that there were no lifts, but it wasn't much of an issue anyway. I would recommend this hotel for others coming to Noosa who would like to stay on Hastings street for a good price.
GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean and modern amenities. Set in beautiful gardens and so full of beautiful birds. Good size pitches. The Wi-Fi is the best we experienced in and of the campsites we visited which is a bonus. There is also a very nice pool. Cannot fault it, definitely recommend it
邓邓Great hotel. The staff is very nice and willing to help. The hotel is built on the hillside of the beach and is quiet. There is a golf cart transfer, which is very convenient. You can walk down from the hotel to the seaside street, where restaurants and convenience stores can be found. The location is very good.
Nice bar and outside area - rooms not so nice. Separate rooms for the shower and toilet but the sink was in the room with the shower - not very helpful if you have just been to the toilet and someone is in the shower. Lots of mould in bathroom. Most of the staff helpful and friendly
JJuba715Good value for money hotel, Very clean, lovely staff. 10% off meals &free drink vouchers for adjoining hotel. Great meal. Room Large, bed Comfy, balcony, Quiet, with Woolworths shopping center next door. Loads of parking. Easy walking to main street, eateries etc. Only downside was nowhere to put your toiletries in bathroom, no shelves or vanity. But never the less would stay again and we fully recommend this hotel
