"A very clean basic hotel good size rooms, very comfy bed, good shower, free coffee in a morning ( good coffee aswell) very good value for the price. Would recommend and stay there again."
"Excellent! No matter where I go with my wife, I always go to this hotel. I've been there three times, my wife four. The rooms are top-notch. Well-maintained and clean.
Excellent breakfast buffet.
For us, the Asawann is the only one we'd consider."
"Room clean. Nice service. Staff very friendly.
Nice pool. However, I can't believe how many people using the pool everyday because it is public.
Do not book anything with poolview. Unless you are ready to have vaccination with everyone else and music from aprox 15.00 to 22.00
Nice hotel in the morning"
"Stylish Hotel with Isan Character and a View of the Mekong River – Nong Khai
The hotel is beautifully decorated like a luxury brand hotel but with a unique Isan and Nong Khai charm. You can enjoy scenic views of the Mekong River right from the property.
🏙️ Rooftop bar with a wide selection of drinks.
🏋️♂️ On-site fitness center and a central garden with a large koi pond – the fish are vibrant and well cared for.
🚗 Spacious parking, convenient location not far from the walking street market.
🛏️ Rooms look exactly like the photos on the website – large, well-designed bathrooms with hot water and a relaxing rain shower.
💤 Comfortable beds with quality mattresses – slept very well.
🧴 Fully equipped amenities: high-quality shampoo and soap, toothbrush set, hair dryer, and soft slippers.
🍽️ Delicious breakfast with a mix of Isan-style dishes, local specialties, and Western options. Egg station available with made-to-order service and a coffee machine.
🏢 Business center available for meetings, seminars, and private events
👩💼 Check-in counter service was fast, friendly, and professional.
A perfect blend of style, comfort, and local culture – highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Nong Khai."
"While the hotel's exterior may look a little dated, the rooms are surprisingly clean, newly renovated, and exceptionally well-maintained. Breakfast was decent; the food was tasty and offered good value for money."
"Nice Hotel good location short time after the Laos Thai check point.
Good bed , large Parking for free .
Breakfast is a nice collection of everything."
"I didn't spend much time in this place because I needed to go to Laos. This place is only a 12-minute walk to the border checkpoint. In fact you can see the building from the hotel but there's no direct route to the building.
Staff are excellent. But what I like most is the breakfast. It's non traditional Thai food. Best real Thai food I've had."
"Location is a bit off the beaten path but has ample parking. Air con was cold and heater was hot. Room is clean and towels folded like a fan. No kettle in the room but has hot water at the reception. Shower head in a lousy direction got my floor rug all wet. Room is big and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows nice too."
"This hotel opened in June 2025, and our stay was in August 2025. It's brand new and beautiful. Tasteful, contemporary minimalist decor. The bedding, bathroom fixtures, and electrical appliances are state-of-the-art, all of excellent quality. The pool is magnificent, directly facing the Mekong River.
But:
The ”luxury” room, despite all the qualities mentioned above, is a bit cramped.
No one took our luggage upon arrival, when the taxi dropped us off, or after check-in to take us to our room.
Check-in was a bit long and complicated because our Trip.com reservation was nowhere to be found (even though I had presented the reservation voucher). The receptionist was confused but absolutely polite and charming.
The hotel restaurant charges high prices for Thai dishes, one of which wasn't very tasty (Kao soy). The restaurant service could be improved to match the elegant and comfortable setting. Excusable, as it's still in the startup phase.
Overall, despite a few minor imperfections, this is a highly recommended luxury hotel."

Outstanding
TTrip ChaOppoConsidered a very good place to stay. It is worth going to rest a lot. I can tell that it is a good place, good people recommend, P'Chat and P' Noi take good care of them, there is a staff to help drive to the entrance and exit of the door into Laos as well. So I have never received the service from a place as good as here before, so I recommend it to everyone who wants to try and stay.
In addition to the service, there is also a quiet place, the mattress can sleep not uncomfortable, there are many places to lie down and take photos in a style, use each size different, the room is spacious, the bathroom is very spacious, you can run and play.
CC4P741NWhite double bed, soft and comfortable, pillows a bit hard. There are soap, toothbrush, towel, 2 pieces each. There is a water heater, small refrigerator, dressing table, sink, wardrobe, private bathroom. The atmosphere is shady and nice. There is a resting point outside the room. Breakfast is fried eggs and coffee. In the evening, you can order food to order. There is a small cafe at the entrance. The staff is good, polite, and friendly. In the winter, the weather is very good. You hardly need to turn on the air conditioner. The accommodation is about 6-7 kilometers from KKU Nong Khai Campus. I recommend it. It is very quiet.
GGuest UserStaff good. Swimming pool to many children from outside use the pool so can swim 🏊♀️ or lay in the sun 🌞 and enjoy. Bathroom could do with cleaning and maintenance. Very nice coffee ☕️ shop 😋. Breakfast OK Thailand style 👌.
MMaimon TopIt was already dark when we arrived and it was quite difficult to locate the hotel as it is located behind a busy shopping area. We took another route and managed to get to the hotel via a narrow and dark alley.
The room is spacious and clean.
MMaoew Oonea new small hotel in city centre near the river front market, bar street and small night food market..no lift in case you need to carry large luggage, bed is hard and toilet is very small, for the price paid, there is many better alternative around. Also with miscommunication between the hotel, platform and myself, i leave after the next day i personal will not return to this place.

Very Good
JJordi ThailandVery quiet and serene place of residence. Place to rest without distractions from the city. To get around there is a tuk tuk stop about 5 minutes walk away. If you want to use a transportation app, it is another option. There are some food stores nearby. And to eat too (5min. walk).
The owner and receptionist took me to the train station with his car. Very friendly and attentive.

GGuest UserIt is located in an alley a little away from downtown Nong Khai. The surroundings are quiet and the front desk is friendly. There are no meals, but the room is incredibly clean and gorgeous for this price. It is a short walk to the bus terminal and there are frequent tuk-tuks, so it is easy to get to the border. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the street with restaurants and cafeterias, and a 10 minute walk to the Mekong River. Great value for money.
